Neuimex - Palabras de un Empleado

Se está hablando de la bancarrota de este broker de forex, Neuimex.

Polorzelpolczajka, administrador de Baltic Forex Group, pool de forex que usa los servicios de Neuimex, se ha puesto en contacto con un conocido suyo que conoce a un empleado de Neuimex.

Segun el empleado de Neuimex no existe la tal bancarrota, nos dice que todo ha sido un problema de balances. Explica que un tal Spaniol mandó a la Comisión Federal de Bancos Suizos (SFBC) unos balances erroneos, por lo que la SFBC pensó que Neuimex deberia estar en bancarrota, pero según el empleado los balances estaban mal calculados ya que sólo se basaban en los depósitos iniciales de los clientes pero no se fijó en que la mayoria de los clientes, nos dice, que lo cierto es que pierden dinero, cosa que el tal Spaniol no entiende, así que ignoró los expedientes de trading.

Ya se han mandado los balances correctos al SFBC y ahora nos dice que hay que esperar a ver qué ocurre.

The actual case with Neuimex
The Swiss Federal Banking Commission (SFBC) is inspecting since some weeks if Namag does any business which would need a bank license in Switzerland and some other open points which depend on this. Each customer who is a customer of Namag knows that he is only able to act as a self trader in foreign exchange. Following the Swiss banking law this business does not need any bank license. As the SFBC has sent out a lawyer who never did an audit for a forex broker before he needed weeks to long simply to understand the business. Within this process and following the information from the lawyer of Namag (15 years experience on brokerage business in Switzerland) he made a lot of severe mistakes in this process. Unfortunately the SFBC
waits with reactions until they have received the final report from the lawyer - a fixed process. Without telling details here the actions this lawyer has taken are at minimum showing incompetence and the willingness to damage our business in order to hide his faults and incompetence. He sent to the SFBC a wrong balance sheet to push them to a decision. Namag has told him that this balance bases on wrong information and must be corrected. Nevertheless he sent it out and the SFBC recieved it and decided on these wrong numbers that Namag must be bankrupt.

This guy Spaniol just did the following: he added the initial deposits of customers and looked on the accounts of the company. As most customers loose money (what he does not understand) he completely ignored the trading records. So he did not have some 500K in his mind.

The correct balance sheet was sent out to the SFBC by the chartered consultants of Namag. This balance sheet shows a positive balance for 2006 and the years before. This means only one thing: A case of bankruptcy does not exist and has never existed. Namag expects that the SFBC corrects their decision sooner or later because it is based on absolutely wrong numbers.
The lawyer who sent out the wrong numbers was informed by Namag about these facts.

Namag expects a correction. This will be done when the chartered consultant company has signed the final balance sheet (a few cases are still unclear) Then the rest of the SFBC points have to be cleared. It is still an open process. But in no way Neuimex is bankrupt. Each observer should await the correction with some patience.
