Infinity Shares Se Queda Sin Servidor

Según lo que se puede leer en su página web, Infinity Shares se ha quedado sin host para alojar el sitio web.

Según dice Steven en Nobs Network, los proveedores del host han decidido dejar de prestar servicio a Infinity Shares porque según dicen, IS es un HYIP y es ilegal en Estados Unidos. Palabras textuales de los proveedores de host: "Nos ha llamado la atención que su sitio primario es un HYIP, lo cual es ilegal en Estados Unidos bajo el Acto de las Seguridades de 1933..."

El proveedor de host de IS era: webonce.com.

We are a team of businessmen specialized in internet marketing. We invest in HYIP area for near 4 years now. In the beginning it was to play, but with time, it became more serious.

We are 3 men working on Rebel. The programmer, the admin, and the one who gives direct support to members.

Since we are specialized in marketing, we can mix all our different services to get more results. So we can use Rebel to promote our partners services, and vice

Since our profits are not from members investments, but from ads earnings, we have nothing to do. Investing in HYIPs is like investing on
Forex, or playing on casino's Roulette. If you play without strategy , you will be sure to loose all your money very quickly. If you have a good strategy, you have better chance to earn. If you have very very good strategy, you can earn persistently on a long time. Since we invest in HYIP area for 4 years, and are still in positive, even through well known scams, we can consider that our strategy is very good. For example, we invested 1000$ on Solid Investment 2 years ago, and got more than 3500$ back, where almost everyone lost. Last month, we invested 30$ in Please- Invest.com and get more than 65$ back, that is more than 200% result. We don't care about E-Gold status as long as it is online and continues to offer services. FBI wants to stop HYIP schemes, by stopping E-Gold. Even if most of HYIPs are scams, we rather consider them as games. This is probably why so many people still invest in HYIPs, even while knowing that the program may close at any time. This is why, even if E-Gold closes, the HYIP market will find another way to continue its lucrative activities. About E-Gold problems: Dr. Jackson, E-Gold's admin, has a lot of money. He already spent more than 1M$ to protect E-gold against FBI legal attempts. These lawsuits may be very very long. So we are not afraid in short term.

Yes it is possible, but not in short term. So we should not have problem for the rest of 2007. If problems

Cómo se Crea una Burbuja Especulativa. Ejemplo Práctico

Os dejo un articulo muy interesante de un gran analista financiero, Jorge Ufano. Esta es su explicación de como crear una burbuja especulativa:

Hoy voy a explicaros a través de un caso práctico cómo se crea una burbuja, mi intención es crear una burbuja ficticia con las acciones de Clasesdebolsa.com

Imaginaros que la empresa la constituí en su día con 1000 euros que invertí en pagar a un programador que me diseñase la web, en comprar el dominio de la página y en pagar al servidor. Por lo que tengo, por ejemplo, 1000 acciones de la empresa con un valor nominal de un euro por acción. Imaginaros que después de cuatro meses y de haber ganado sólo 100 euros con la publicidad del portal, me decido a sacar la empresa a Bolsa.

Hablo con una sociedad de valores para que me valore la compañía. El valor de mi empresa reside principalmente en las expectativas de los ingresos que vamos a obtener en un futuro con la publicidad; y en cuánto se valora eso, difícil, ¿verdad?. Acordamos, por tanto, valorar la empresa clasesdebolsa.com en lo que nos interesa, por ejemplo, 5000 euros. Decido, no obstante, sacar las acciones en la OPV a 4 euros, lo que supone valorar la empresa en 4000 euros. Distintos medios de comunicación se hacen eco de nuestra OPV y de que la empresa Clasesdebolsa.com sale a cotizar con un precio inferior a su valor real. Ya tenemos la publicidad inicial de nuestra empresa. De las mil acciones que tenía: 100 se las reparto en la OPV a la sociedad de valores que me valoró la empresa, ya lo había pactado con ella antes de que emitieran la valoración de Clasesdebolsa.com; 50 se las ofrezco a un amigo garantizándole que recuperará su inversión con creces y las otras 850 me las quedo yo.

El día que las acciones comienzan a cotizar en Bolsa mi estrategia ya está completamente planificada. Coloco las 150 acciones de las que acabo de hablar en la OPV, aunque lógicamente a la OPV sólo pueden acudir la sociedad de valores y mi amigo, es decir, personas con las que tengo total confianza y que están tan interesados como yo en que las acciones de clasesdebolsa entren en una burbuja especulativa. Las 850 acciones que me quedan las voy a repartir en el mercado de la siguiente forma. Sacaré 20 el primer día de cotización a 4,5 euros y a partir de ese día voy a vender 10 acciones cada día 50 céntimos más caras

Mi táctica para crear la burbuja va a consisitir en ir soltando títulos a cuentagotas, en pequeñas dosis, de esta forma podré manipular el mercado a mi antojo. Con esta táctica, poco a poco iré atrayendo a nuevos inversores, que seducidos por la rentabilidad sobrenatural de las acciones de mi empresa compran a cualquier precio las acciones que les coloco a precios muy superiores al de la OPV.

Si en algún momento puntual, por ejemplo el día 13, se perdiese momentáneamente la confianza en mi empresa, fíjense que ese día el precio de las acciones se ha multiplicado ya casi por 3 desde la OPV y por 11 con respecto a su valor nominal, ahí estaría yo para acudir al rescate de las acciones. Me fijaría un precio al que compraría todas las acciones que me vendan, por ejemplo 10 euros y, por lo tanto, las acciones nunca bajarían por debajo de este precio. Como sé que sólo hay unas 150 acciones realmente cotizando, sé que en el peor de los casos tendría que gastarme 1500 euros. Como veis el día 13 he ganado ya un total de 1640 euros, así que poseo capital suficiente para afrontar incluso el peor de los pánicos, que todo el mundo decidiera vender ese día y no hubiese nadie para comprar. Lógicamente, cuando he comprado un gran número de acciones a 10 euros, ya no hay nadie más que quiera vender acciones de clasesdebolsa a ese precio, los que tenían acciones y querían vender ya lo han hecho y por lo tanto, entre yo y mis amigos volvemos a tener de nuevo todas las acciones.

Poco a poco se irán animando nuevos inversores, ¡la codicia humana es impresionante!, con ganas de sacar tajada a las impresionantes acciones de clasesdebolsa que sólo saben subir, nunca bajan. Incluso para ayudar a que la valoración vuelva a subir puedo sacar cualquier noticia que anime al mercado, por ejemplo, que ya está listo un nuevo curso de Bolsa que tiene una pinta estupenda.

Este proceso que he descrito lo puedo ir repitiendo cíclicamente en un número indeterminado de ocasiones. Siempre que tenga la voluntad de mantener la acción de forma artificial será sencillo convencer a nuevos accionistas de que entren en el accionariado de Clasesdebolsa, pues la inversión “posee una rentabilidad garantizada”. De esta manera, se podrá continuar engordando la burbuja, a priori de manera indefinida.

En definitiva, que como en toda burbuja lo que estoy vendiendo son expectativas, pero llega un momento en que los “inversores” ya no venden o compran por las expectativas sobre la evolución de la empresa, sino por expectativas de que siempre va a haber otro tonto más grande que yo que me compre a 100 lo que yo acabo de comprar a 50. Y con esta lógica realmente poco importa que lo que se esté comprando a ese precio sean acciones de Clasesdebolsa, de Terra o de Astroc; pisos, sellos, cromos, palillos o chinchetas.

- First of all, can you tell us a brief introduction of yourself? What
do you do, your studies, your beginnings on the HYIP arena, etc...

As some of you may have known, my name is Pierre Hamminston. A few years back, I with my another partner had noticed a situation in the casino, that was the casino is making money. We then made many observations in the casino and found out that almost all the people who gamble in the casino will generally lose their money, although some might win, but in the long run, the players are losing their money, and the casinos make money!

We have then tried to think of some statisti cal calculations and mathematical analysis to develop a series of formulas to win in the casinos. The results, we had lost money to the casinos. We then gathered with few mathematicians to study all the possible methods and formulas to win in the casinos, but it led us to conclude that it is virtually impossible to develop a formula to beat the game in the casino, after which we have known that each and every game in the casino is designed in such a way that it is unbeatable by means of any mathematical analysis or statistical calculations, and there are mathematician experts and actuaries (an actuary is a person whose profesionality is to calculate the winning and losing probabilities of a particular object, and makes necessary modifications to a particular object to achieve the highest level of winning, while maintaining lower risk, and preventing all possible kinds of statistical analysis on the particular object to prevent people from developing a mathematical formula to beat that object, or game) behind to constantly make sure t! hat no w inning is possible through any kind of mathematical formulas, and to make necessary modifications to the game to better protect the casinos, but maintaining 'fairness' to the players. The casinos have every precaution to prevent this kind of mathematical formulas so that they can continue to make money.

We are pleased you have accepted our invitation for an interview.
I'm sure that many people are interested in knowing more about you, staff and DayTradePros itself.

First of all, can you tell us a brief introduction of yourself? What do you do, your studies, your beginnings on the HYIP arena, etc...

We are 10 guys, who met during our studies of economics, back about 12
years ago. We stayed in touch and did some business together. 10 of us
started day trading and they are really good at it. About a year ago, one
of our friends pointed the hyips out, on the internet and we started
looking into it. In Dec. of last year, we put our own site up.

-How many people work in daytradepros? Can you detail us the different sections and the people who work?

We are 12 all together, 10 are Traders, 1 is a computer tech and I do the
administration and everything that comes with it.

- Would you give us an explanation on how is the process since you receive the deposits of the members until generating the gains? What do when the funds arrive to you? Where do you send them? how they act?

When members make deposits, then by the end of the day all deposits are
transfered to our trading account. Once a week, we calculate the pay-outs
to our members and that sum is transfered to the e-gold account for
withdrawals. We do have a reserve fund, just in case something unusuall
happens, this reserve fund is updated usually monthly.

- How many operations do you do all the day? Can you send the operations to us
conducted of any day?

All ten traders conduct a lot of transactions, they are mostly day trades,
some are swing traders and one does position trading. All the explanations
are on our home page.

- Which markets do you work? Could you specify each one of them and who activity make in them?

The guys all are doing it globally, find great deals, invest in any
market, that looks promising to bring a great return. They know what they
are doing.

- It could be great if you send Statements of your forex transactions every week or monthly to your members too?

Why would we do such a thing? If people want a portfolio with statements
and all the services, they should visit their local broker. We are no
brokers, we trade using our members funds to make great returns, and we
don't do forex only.

- What % thinks that he is reasonable to win in a day? There are million programs that offer daily barbarisms. While % we would be speaking to understand the TRADING in Forex of reasonable way?

Experienced day traders can and do make anywhere from 1-20% each day. The
money paid into a HYIP program is pooled together, and invested by the
Daytrader using 50% margins, where the investment broker loans the trader
an amount equal to the amount he's investing. The trader pays out the
1%-5% each day to the HYIP investors, and still makes money for himself.
Good traders are right 80% of the time, and should never lose more than 3%
of their investment on bad trades.

- What amount of money handles daily?

This is very different, since we have also our own funds added, to get a
larger amount.

- It can detail the different options from investment that have the members of daytradepros to generate gains?

- Can you sure to the 100% that the members money would not lose
investing in daytradepros? The deposit is 100% guaranteed?

Nobody can give a 100% guarantee. Economics is connected to many factors,
like politics, natural disasters and many more. Anything can happen, that
influences trading, thus we set up the reserve fund, just in case there
would be some loses and to be able to recover.

-What type of support you offer?

Since I am the only guy maintaining the site, we have e-mail support only
at this moment. It depends how well everything will be doing, and if it
will, we might add phone support to our website. It is not possible at
this moment.

- Do you have any physical place of work or each one works from its computer? If you have a physical place, where is it located?

My physical place is in Switzerland, but I am a lot in the US, travelling
back and forth. The traders work from their computers.

- What are your goals for daytradepros ? And how will you take care of them?

This all depends, how well everything will be running. We all decided to
give it a year, and after we check how well we did in one year, we will
decide if we are going to make add-ons, or any other changes to the site
and our business.

- Is daytradepros registered as a company? If it is, can we verify that personally? Can we visit or meet you, as well as the other daytradepros staff?

We are not a registered company yet, we want to find out first, how well
things are going. The traders are all over the world, and meeting with
them all together is kind of difficult. When we decide to set up an
office, probably in the caribbean, I would be happy to meet you, but this
will take some time.

- With the money that moveis daily you can move certain products in the wished direction? It would not be very difficult to move a certain action if you move much money.

I don't know if I understand your question here. We move daily all the
deposits made by the members to our trading account, and trades are beeing
conducted daily.

- What do you think about including a debit card to improve the withdrawals?

We might recommend an exchanger, who we work with. He offers a debit card
and we could hook up with him and do this in cooperation. We will see.

Yes, but the audit would have to be done independently on each trader,
since we are not a company.

There are some legit sites, but there is a lot of scam going on as well.
Mostly sites promising unrealistic high returns. People need to think
before they invest, in no way can you make a 100% in one day, that is B.S.

- What do you think about the status of e-gold? And what do you think about Pecunix and E-bullion?

We think that E-gold will continue their great work and not go down. We
are thinking about adding E-Bullion to our site, but are in no hurry to do
that. Pecunix is not interesting for us.

- Has thought about working in market OTC or has many risks?

Trading has always risk involved, but you have to know what your doing,
and we know.

- How many hours of the day are you active in Forex?

We don't do Forex only, there are just 2 guys who do Forex and they are on
it during Forex trading hours.

- Is there any plan to close the doors to new members shortly?

No, why should we, new members are always welcome.

- What can you show in your web to convince members that everything is true?

That is correct. You can contact them yourself to here it straight from them if you wish. Today when I woke up and tried to log into the Please Invest e-gold accounts they stated that the password was incorrect. Obviously this is not possible as I do not get hacked. I then tried to make a spend to the Please Invest account and was told that the account does not exist.

Basically e-gold has stolen the Please Invest money. I am working on getting it back but we will have to wait until they reply for more information from them.

Estilos de warrants

Existen 2 estilos de warrants el europeo y el americano, la diferencia entre ellos radica:
Los Warrants de tipo “europeo” se pueden ejercer únicamente en la fecha de vencimiento.

Los Warrants de tipo “americano” permiten al tenedor del mismo, ejercer el Warrant en cualquier momento, desde la fecha de su adquisición hasta la fecha de ejercicio.
Las implicaciones de uno u otro estilo son importantes desde el punto de vista de aquel inversor o gestor que quiere ejercer en cualquier momento de la vida del Warrant. Si el Warrant es de estilo europeo no puede ejercerse, por lo que se debe mantener hasta la fecha de vencimiento. Si existe un mercado secundario donde pueden negociarse los Warrants, ese hecho puede ser obviado, pero si éste no existe, el estilo de un Warrant toma gran importancia.

El estilo americano o europeo de un Warrant no afecta a su negociación diaria en la Bolsa
En el caso de los Warrants emitidos por Société Générale, el estilo americano es el utilizado para todas las emisiones, exceptuando aquellas referenciadas al Petróleo Brent, que son de estilo europeo.

Paridad o mínimo negociación de Warrants

La Paridad indica el número de Warrants (derechos de compra o venta) que se necesitan para adquirir una unidad de Activo Subyacente. Si la Paridad es 5/1 significa que se necesitan 5 Warrants para tener derecho a 1 unidad de Activo Subyacente.

A nivel operativo, la Paridad es un parámetro que se puede despreciar, ya que un inversor puede comprar, por ejemplo: 35.452 Warrants para luego venderlos sin importar sobre cuánto Activo Subyacente se está posicionando. Sin embargo, en algunas estrategias concretas de posicionamiento o cobertura de contado o la mera inversión con Warrants a vencimiento, es un parámetro que se tiene que tener en cuenta.

No existe una cantidad mínima de negociación a la hora de operar con Warrants de Société Générale. Sin embargo, no olvide que su Sociedad de Valores aplica una comisión mínima a todas las operaciones y si, por ejemplo, compramos 5 Warrants de precio 0,20 Euros, la comisión aplicada puede superar dicho importe de compra.

Igualmente, no existe un mínimo de Warrants si se desea ejercer el derecho que el Warrant confiere en la fecha de vencimiento. Sin embargo, si el ejercicio se produce antes de la fecha de vencimiento, el número mínimo requerido es de 100 Warrants.

La prima del Warrant

Los Warrants son productos derivados que ofrecen al inversor la posibilidad de invertir al alza (CALLWarrants) y a la baja (PUT Warrants) disponiendo de un efecto Apalancamiento que define un perfil de inversión con beneficios ilimitados y con pérdidas limitadas a la Prima.
Es fundamental conocer la definición de Warrant, pero no se debe olvidar que, a efectos prácticos, lo que negocia el inversor es la Prima del Warrant, y que el objetivo de la inversión en Warrants, en la mayoría de los casos, es vender el Warrant a un precio más alto del que se pago por su adquisición.
En el Precio de un Warrant, destacan en primer lugar lo que se entiende por Valor Intrínseco y Valor Temporal.
Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que esto no implica que el precio del Warrant deba contener, obligatoriamente, esos dos componentes. El precio o prima del Warrant puede estar formado por Valor Intrínseco y Valor Temporal, sólo por Valor Temporal o únicamente por Valor Intrínseco.
En los siguientes temas vemos los determinantes que influyen en el precio de la prima del warrant los cuales le influyen de la siguiente forma:

Valoración Warrants

Los modelos de Valoración de Opciones y, consecuentemente de los Warrants, han sido y siguen siendo objeto de estudio por parte de la teoría financiera moderna. El sistema de Valoración de Black-Scholes de 1973 se constituye como el punto de partida de esta carrera en busca del sistema “perfecto” de Valoración.
Lo que tratará un sistema de Valoración de Warrants es, de forma sencilla, calcular hoy el valor actual esperado de los beneficios futuros que el Warrant puede proporcionar.
Entender cada uno de los conceptos que intervienen en la formación del precio del Warrant es el punto de partida para poder Valorar correctamente este instrumento.
Supongamos que queremos valorar el derecho de compra europeo (Warrant Call europeo) de una acción de Telefónica con Precio de Ejercicio 11 Euros y vencimiento en un año. Hoy Telefónica cotiza a 11 Euros. Asignamos una probabilidad (en función de la Volatilidad) del 50%, a que Telefónica esté, en ese año, en el mismo nivel; un 20% de probabilidad a que cotice a 11,50 Euros; otro 20% a que cotice a 10,50 Euros; un 5% a que cotice a 12,50 Euros y, por último, un 5% de probabilidad a que transcurrido ese año Telefónica esté a 9,50 Euros. El tipo de interés anual es del 3%.

Fíjese que esa Probabilidad se asigna en función de la Volatilidad del Activo Subyacente y de ahí la importancia con respecto a ese parámetro.
¿En qué consiste la Valoración Teórica de este Warrant Call?. Sencillamente, en actualizar al tipo de interés vigente, por ejemplo el 3%, la esperanza matemática del Valor Intrínseco a vencimiento de ese Warrant.
Siguiendo con nuestro ejemplo y dado que sólo existirá Valor Intrínseco cuando la acción cotice por encima del Precio de Ejercicio (11 Euros), es decir, en un 20% de probabilidad si la acción cotiza 11,50 Euros y un 5% si la acción cotiza a 12,50, según los datos que asignamos a nuestro ejemplo, nos damos cuenta de que el Valor Intrínseco total sería de: (0,5 Euros x 0,20) + (1,50 Euros x 0,05) = 0,18 Euros.
El paso siguiente consistirá en actualizar dicho Valor Intrínseco al 3% lo que nos da un resultado de 0,174 Euros.
Los fundamentos de la valoración de Warrants son relativamente sencillos y modelos como el Black-Sholes siguen, en esencia, los mismos principios.

Valor intrínseco

El valor intrínseco de un warrant Call o un warrant Put es el valor que tendría el warrant si se ejerciese el derecho que representa. Así pues, representa la ganancia bruta que se obtendría en el momento del ejercicio.
a) Valor intrínseco de un warrant Call
Para un Warrant CALL, el Valor Intrínseco será la diferencia entre el Precio del Activo Subyacente (Spot) y el Precio de Ejercicio en ese momento (Strike). Cuando el Precio de Ejercicio sea superior al precio del activo no interesa ejercer, ya que, en ese caso, el Valor Intrínseco será nulo.

b) Valor intrínseco de un warrant Put
Para un Warrant PUT, el Valor Intrínseco será la diferencia entre el Precio de Ejercicio y el Precio del Activo Subyacente. Cuando el Precio de Ejercicio sea inferior al precio del activo no interesará ejercer ya que, en ese caso, el Valor Intrínseco será nulo.

Cuando se calcula el Valor Intrínseco de un Warrant se debe tener en cuenta la Paridad del mismo, es decir, el número de Warrants necesarios para tener derecho a una unidad de Activo Subyacente.

Ejemplo
El Warrant CALL emitido por Société Générale sobre NOKIA con Precio de Ejercicio 13,5 euros, paridad 2/1 y vencimiento 8 meses, cotiza a 0,92 euros, siendo el precio de la acción en el mercado de 14,5 euros.

¿Cuál es el Valor Intrínseco? Vc = (14,5 – 13,5)/2 = 0,5 euros

Es decir, del precio del Warrant, 0,5 euros corresponden al Valor Intrínseco. Pero, ¿por qué la Prima es de 0,92 euros?. Esta diferencia de precio se explica por el llamado Valor Temporal del Warrant que se veremos a continuación.

Para el ejemplo anterior, ¿Cómo se calcula el Valor Temporal?

Valor Temporal = 0,92 – 0,5 = 0,42 euros

El Administrador de GFX Club Ha Vuelto

Después de unas semanas hospitalizado y habiendo rumores de que el Administrador de GFX Club (Global Forex Club) se habia ido con el dinero después de unas perdidas del 50% en el mes de Marzo, ha vuelto a entrar al foro y ha ponerse en contacto con los miembros.

Se dió la noticia a través de un miembro del programa, según ese miembro, se habia puesto en contacto con él la mujer del Administrador. El 10 de Abril se dió la noticia en el foro, todos los miembros pedian oraciones para que el Administrador se recuperará, porque al parecer estuvo muy grave en el hospital, en cuidados intensivos. El día 9 de Mayo, después de un mes, el Administrador, se puso en contacto con los miembros del programa mediante el foro, y ayer se volvió a poner en contacto, dice que se está recuperando pero que aún sigue muy debil. Espera ponerse a tradear en forex en unas semanas, esperemos que así sea.

Muchos miembros hemos sido y yo personalmente sigo siendo reacio a todo esto... no sé si creermelo, antes no me lo creia ni por asomo, ahora me lo voy creyendo un poco más ya que el Administrador ha vuelto a dar señales de vida, pero hasta que no se vea movimiento en el programa o algún signo de que se está tradeando para intentar recuperar todas las perdidas, yo no moveré GFX Club a los Programas Recomendados.

Seguiré dando noticias sobre esté programa ya que ha vuelto el Administrador.

My personal feeling is that e-gold will not close! The US government as of course opened a serious criminal case against e-gold and its team, but in the same time allowed e-gold to use their reserve to continue their business. Concretely, it means that you can buy AND sell your gold. The fact is that some exchangers had their accounts seized, and cannot continue to work. But some other exchangers are still buying and selling gold at NORMAL rates. I recommend you to NOT sell your gold at more than 5% fee! Some exchange services charge now 30% fee, that is a real scam! If they would have some inside information about the closure of e-gold, do you think they would buy gold, event at 80% fee??? They are just playing with the rampant panic, please fo not fall in their trap!

Internet es el instrumento más utilizado para lavar dinero, según el Grupo de Acción Financiera (GAFI). Este organismo intergubernamental, creado por el G-7, se encarga de promover medidas para combatir el fraude fiscal a través de 'offshores'. La gran ventaja de la red para el estafador es la dificultad de asociar una gestión 'online' con una actividad real de la empresa pantalla creada.

"Es muy difícil aplicar el sistema tributario a un negocio totalmente virtual", afirma Héctor Iparraguire, especialista en Derecho y Nuevas Tecnologías. "No hay un cara a cara con los empleados del banco y apenas se exigen datos de identificación", añade. En su opinión, la red podría facilitar la persecución de los estafadores si hubiese mayor control en la certificación.

Para enviar dinero a un paraíso fiscal, de forma legal o ilegal, el primer paso es contratar un abogado de aquel país. Si sólo es una elusión fiscal, es probable que el letrado pida referencias bancarias y documentos de identidad para evitar problemas. En cualquier caso, el jurista crea una sociedad en el país, de la que será cabeza visible ante las autoridades, para gestionar el capital enviado.

En caso de ser un delincuente, esta empresa actuará normalmente como una 'sociedad pantalla', un falso espejo para despistar a los investigadores policiales. Lo más probable es que esta 'compañía' reciba numerosos depósitos de dinero en pequeñas cantidades para evitar declarar ante el fisco. Además, la policía tendrá difícil seguir estos movimientos porque gracias a Internet el capital puede llegar desde cualquier punto del globo: los bancos sólo controlan sus propios movimientos, y aquel que evade capitales, si es listo, suele controlar multitud de empresas falsas dirigidas por 'hombres de paja', aquellos que dan la cara por el verdadero propietario de la compañía.

Aquí os dejo el último mensaje que ha dejado Liz informando a sus miembros sobre los problemas que ha tenido la página en las últimas horas. Itrade4u es actualmente uno de los programas más serios e interesantes de la actualidad.

Technical problems affected the hosting company and made my site not available during about 4 hours. Please accept my apologies, despite I could not do anything.

I would like also tell that I really "appreciate" messages asking if I am "running away with the money" when my site is not available! I think that people who think so do not trust me, and so would better not to invest with me. I wouldn't want to be responsible of hear attacks!

No file has been affected because of these problems. There is (but without connection to this technical issue that is now solved) a small problem in the sponsors database, that should be fixed in a few hours.

Neuimex - Palabras de un Empleado

Se está hablando de la bancarrota de este broker de forex, Neuimex.

Polorzelpolczajka, administrador de Baltic Forex Group, pool de forex que usa los servicios de Neuimex, se ha puesto en contacto con un conocido suyo que conoce a un empleado de Neuimex.

Segun el empleado de Neuimex no existe la tal bancarrota, nos dice que todo ha sido un problema de balances. Explica que un tal Spaniol mandó a la Comisión Federal de Bancos Suizos (SFBC) unos balances erroneos, por lo que la SFBC pensó que Neuimex deberia estar en bancarrota, pero según el empleado los balances estaban mal calculados ya que sólo se basaban en los depósitos iniciales de los clientes pero no se fijó en que la mayoria de los clientes, nos dice, que lo cierto es que pierden dinero, cosa que el tal Spaniol no entiende, así que ignoró los expedientes de trading.

Ya se han mandado los balances correctos al SFBC y ahora nos dice que hay que esperar a ver qué ocurre.

The actual case with Neuimex
The Swiss Federal Banking Commission (SFBC) is inspecting since some weeks if Namag does any business which would need a bank license in Switzerland and some other open points which depend on this. Each customer who is a customer of Namag knows that he is only able to act as a self trader in foreign exchange. Following the Swiss banking law this business does not need any bank license. As the SFBC has sent out a lawyer who never did an audit for a forex broker before he needed weeks to long simply to understand the business. Within this process and following the information from the lawyer of Namag (15 years experience on brokerage business in Switzerland) he made a lot of severe mistakes in this process. Unfortunately the SFBC
waits with reactions until they have received the final report from the lawyer - a fixed process. Without telling details here the actions this lawyer has taken are at minimum showing incompetence and the willingness to damage our business in order to hide his faults and incompetence. He sent to the SFBC a wrong balance sheet to push them to a decision. Namag has told him that this balance bases on wrong information and must be corrected. Nevertheless he sent it out and the SFBC recieved it and decided on these wrong numbers that Namag must be bankrupt.

This guy Spaniol just did the following: he added the initial deposits of customers and looked on the accounts of the company. As most customers loose money (what he does not understand) he completely ignored the trading records. So he did not have some 500K in his mind.

The correct balance sheet was sent out to the SFBC by the chartered consultants of Namag. This balance sheet shows a positive balance for 2006 and the years before. This means only one thing: A case of bankruptcy does not exist and has never existed. Namag expects that the SFBC corrects their decision sooner or later because it is based on absolutely wrong numbers.
The lawyer who sent out the wrong numbers was informed by Namag about these facts.

Namag expects a correction. This will be done when the chartered consultant company has signed the final balance sheet (a few cases are still unclear) Then the rest of the SFBC points have to be cleared. It is still an open process. But in no way Neuimex is bankrupt. Each observer should await the correction with some patience.

Suspendida la Tarjeta de Débito de Asianpay

Acabo de recibir un email de Asianpay informandome de la suspensión de su tarjeta de débito definitivamente.

We regret to inform you that the our Debit Card program has been definitely suspended by the Debit Card issuing Company and consequently we have decided to close it.
We perfectly understand the level of frustration and disappointment this will bring to our members. The same to all of us here.

This Debit Card Deal is a long story that started in July 2006. Has generated for us huge losses, not only in terms of expenses but regretfully also in terms of Business development and, which is highly important, Company Image.

We were left with no other choice that definitely discontinues the program. Our Company has strongly evaluated the possibility to start a law suit against the Canadian Company providing us with the program, but at the end we decided to settled up with them the closure of the deal and to go no further avoiding a long and costly legal battle keeping us busy with legal matters instead of being focused on the Business development.

The Debit Card that you may have purchased from us is not usable and valid anymore.

We keep up with our responsibility in front of our members and we have already refunded in full our members accounts with the following:

- the amount of the debit card purchase
- the money available in the debit card balance if any
- the fees paid to load the card

We still believe that a Debit Card program is an important feature that our Group of Companies should offer to its members.
The International situation of the Payment Industry is evolving almost daily. Government agencies are everyday more strict and new rules and regulations are continuously implemented to limit Businesses Freedom. We do not always agree with any new rule, but we have a 2 years history of respect of the law and we will continue on the same way, which is to find solutions that respecting the law allow us to offer the services our members are looking for.

For this reason we have closed any possible deal with private Debit Cards provider and we have started a time demanding but surely successful project that will hopefully allow us to launch in the next 3 to 6 months our Branded AsianPay Debit Card with an institutional program directly licensed from one of the Major Cards Provider.

La cosa se pone calentita con Robert, pero la gente y me incluyo seguimos esperando los desembolsos pendientes, yo de momento seguiré esperando y no aumentare nada hasta que me pague lo que me debe.

En el email Robert comenta que ha decidido hacer dos planes, el A y el B. El Plan A que será que el siga si le apoyan los miembros consiste en que:

Vivasurf.us mantendrá el 14% diario. El upgrade minimo será de $10 y la unidad seguirá siendo para 10 dias. Los pagos de cada unidad se harán despues de 30 dias y deberás tener algun upgrade para ser pagado (esto es para evitar a los miembros que meten dinero y se van).

Vivasurf.com será un programa de más largo plazo con un 2% diario durante 90 dias laborables, también se requerirá tener algún upgrade activo para ser pagado. Los pagos serán despues de 15 dias de que el upgrade haya terminado.

Us-surf .com será del 1% diario durante 365 dias, los upgrades serán de un minimo de $5 y se podrá pedir un pago parcial a los 180 dias.

Robert en el email también dice que todos los miembros serán pagados aunque no quieran seguir con el programa y no apoyen su plan.

Si el Plan A no recibe mucho apoyo, Robert pasará al Plan B que consiste en que sus programas serán sitios de intercambio de tráfico puramente hasta que consiga hacer todos los pagos pendientes.

I have been working on writing this email for a couple of weeks now and it seemed to have dragged on this long as I had to tie a few lose ends in order to make sure what is planned has a good chance to resolve most, if not all of our hardship. I would like to thank those members that continue to support us through it all. Especially in lieu of recent developments within the Autosurf Industry as a whole, with particular references to many popular sites having major issues. All those sites with problems will continue to affect the entire industry for a long time to come. To further compound all that; as if there were not enough challenges, add the recent announcements regarding e-Gold and the legal implications for all and sundry. Plus, we must not forget the prolonged challenges that the Viva sites have been facing for a while now.

All the above considered, we feel it is time to evolve our sites to the next level that is best suited to adjust to all the changes in the Industrial environment. Some of the changes might be seen as radical, but I can assure you that they will produce results and get us back on track for the future.

There are several problems within the Industry and I will mention a few that is obvious, at least to me:

1. Unscrupulous Members
2. Unscrupulous Admins
3. Inexperience of Members and Admins
4. Short life span of Programs-which further results in #3, in other words the Admins do not last long enough to get experience
5. Members are also not financially savvy. Hence easily manipulated by different interest groups including but not limited to Monitors and Blogs.
6. The Scare factor… This one is a side-effect of #5 which is compounded by some members spending ‘Milk-Money’ which is also a disrespect for the risk factor involved in any financial transaction.
7. Too many troubled programs with members sitting and not contributing, just waiting to take money and run. Which is the main reason most troubled sites never recover. Members do not realize that many offline businesses do go through these trials, and believe me, I know. I was an hired Executive for over 15 years.
8. Excessive and negative competition between AS sites resulted in unrealistic ROIs
9. Payout durations are too short and unsustainable long-term.
10. Too many external influences, and a lack of Due Diligence on both sides.

We are going to address all the above by carrying out the actions described below:

First, as I have said in prior emails on the subject matter; everyone will get paid. As some members can testify that is being done gradually and many accounts have been brought up to date. Those that are still waiting will eventually be cleared. I was reminded recently that the 120 days projection has about 35 days to go now. Well here we are, I think we finally found a way or approach that should be attractive and beneficial to all. Would we be current in 35 days? I doubt that, but we should end up pretty close to it.

We will continue to prioritize payouts as we have been doing and I sincerely believe it is working as it should for those members that continue to participate and support. The changes to the Viva programs will be objective and result oriented. Believe me all this is necessary to ensure you get paid or we would not be doing this most of the people who know this industry will understand it has and still is changing and that to survive a program has to evolve in keeping with current trends and developments.

We are going to build from what we have, something stronger, longer-term and profitable but for this we need your continued support and hope you want to build it with us. If it proves the case that too many members are not interested, then we will have to look at the
possibility of running the site as a pure traffic exchange until all pending payments are cleared. That of course would take time, but is an alternative route if this plan is not supported. In other words, we will proceed with the new plan as long as there are at least 50 upgraded members in each program[Plan A]. Failing that is the Pure Traffic Exchange site[Plan B]. Basically participation will determine the route taken.

To be effective with investments and payouts we have to reach a level of incoming upgrades that is realistic otherwise investments made offline cannot be optimized to their fullest extent to maintain high levels of interest and payouts its as simple as that. I am sure you will view some of the changes with pleasure. Others not so positive should be assured that no change is being made unless it is essential for the well being of Viva and its supportive members.

You will see from the way the changes are structured they are structured to maintain longevity along with potential for high earnings to cut out the hit and run people who harm programs there will be no compounding it attracts people who want to put in just $10 dollars keep compounding until they have a large amount then withdraw and run and in many ways take away from the loyal members who keep upgrading and deserve to be rewarded first of all for that loyalty and support.

These Changes are scheduled to go into effect immediately. Part of this plan requires members to refrain from discussing the affairs of the site in public. If you do not agree with this rule, please terminate your membership from your member homepage. To that effect, your advertising campaigns are limited to private forums that only members have access to. These rules will be enforced diligently.

Consejos para invertir en Warrants

El inversor tiene que ser consciente de que la inversión en warrants no es igual que la inversión directa en activo subyacente. Pequeñas fluctuaciones en el precio del activo subyacente tienen un efecto mayor en el precio de los warrants. Por lo tanto, es necesario tener conocimiento, prudencia y buen juicio para invertir en este tipo de producto.
Existen distintos aspectos que el inversor debe considerar cuando compra warrants:
Disciplina: el inversor debe establecer niveles de pérdidas asumibles. Así, tendrá que estar atento al valor del warrant para poder limitar las pérdidas en un punto establecido a priori.

El inversor debe recordar que las pérdidas están limitadas a la prima que pagó por la compra de sus warrants.

Los warrants no pueden venderse si no se han comprado previamente, es decir, no pueden venderse warrants en descubierto.

El inversor debe saber que estos productos llevan aparejado un riesgo elevado y que, generalmente, se utilizan para especular, así que no deberá invertir en ellos dinero que no pueda perder.

Como se ha comentado anteriormente, el precio del warrant no sólo depende de la evolución del activo subyacente. Por ejemplo, el paso del tiempo hace que la inversión pierda valor. Por lo tanto, si el inversor no desea ejercer su derecho de compra o venta, deberá vender su warrant antes de vencimiento.

El inversor no debe comprar nunca warrants a crédito, ya que podría acabar con una deuda en caso de que el mercado no cumpliera sus expectativas.

Estos activos financieros no están destinados a inversiones a largo plazo. Por lo tanto, no son buenos como productos de ahorro.

Por su elevado riesgo, se recomienda no invertir más del 10% del valor de su cartera en este producto financiero.

No financiar la inversión en Warrants con préstamos.

Vender el Warrant antes del vencimiento para no perder el valor temporal y para evitar perder toda la inversión en dicha fecha.

Documentarse lo máximo posible, comprobar que el subyacente presenta un potencial óptimo de beneficios.

Tipos de Warrants: CALL y PUT

Compra de un warrant CALL

El Warrant CALL otorga a su poseedor el derecho, no la obligación, a comprar un número determinado de títulos sobre un activo (Subyacente), a un Precio establecido (Precio de Ejercicio o Strike), en una fecha prefijada de antemano (Fecha de Vencimiento).

En el cuadro de arriba, por definición, el CALL 26 € de Repsol otorga a su poseedor el derecho a comprar una acción de Repsol a 26 euros, desde el momento de su adquisición hasta el día 16 de Marzo del año 2007. El inversor tiene que pagar 0.77 euros para adquirir el Warrant.
El hecho de que Repsol cotice a 25 € o a 27 € va a condicionar la Prima (el precio) del Warrant.

Si Repsol cotiza a 27 €, la posibilidad de comprar (tener) la acción a 26 € a través del Warrant es interesante, ya que podría (tiene el derecho y no la obligación) adquirir la acción a un precio más bajo de lo que cotiza en Mercado. Como la opción es interesante, la Prima del Warrant es alta.

Si Repsol cotiza a 25 €, la posibilidad de comprar (tener) la acción a 26 € a través del Warrant ya no es tan interesante, ya que, igualmente, podría adquirir la acción a un precio más alto, situación que no interesa. La Prima es más baja.
De esta forma, puede comprobar como la evolución del precio del Activo Subyacente va a hacer que la prima del Warrant sea más alta o más baja, tanto en el caso del CALL como en el caso del PUT.

Nótese que la Prima del Warrant son dos precios, 0,76 – 0,77 euros, correspondientes a las posiciones de demanda y oferta (igual que las acciones). El inversor que adquiera el Warrant, pagará 0,77 euros, el precio ASK, mientras que si desea venderlo, ingresará 0,76 euros, el precio BID.

Si un inversor adquiere acciones de un título X cuya cotización es de 26 euros su expectativa es, obviamente, alcista. No obstante, de producirse un movimiento contrario que le lleve a perder, por ejemplo, un -30% del valor de ese título, el inversor perdería 7,8 euros por cada acción adquirida.

Sin embargo, si realiza una compra de un Warrant CALL sobre dicho título X, con un desembolso de 0,77 euros, podrá aprovecharse también la revalorización del Subyacente, si éste sube; pero en el caso de que el precio del título caiga el 30%, las pérdidas siempre estarán limitadas como máximo al valor de la Prima pagada por el Warrant, es decir, a los 0,77 euros por cada derecho de compra sobre el título.

En cualquier caso,Société Généralerecomienda no mantener Warrants hasta su fecha de vencimiento (ver valor temporal de un Warrant), ya que son productos líquidos que permiten una negociación activa y que gracias a efecto Apalancamiento le permiten obtener interesantes plusvalías aplicando estrategias de inversión en Mercado.

Compra de un warrant PUT

El Warrant PUT otorga a su poseedor el derecho, no la obligación, a vender un número determinado de títulos sobre un activo (Subyacente), a un Precio establecido (Precio de Ejercicio o Strike), en una fecha prefijada de antemano (Fecha de Vencimiento).

Vemos como en el ejemplo, por definición, el PUT 25 € de Repsol otorga a su poseedor el derecho a vender una acción de Repsol a 25 euros, desde el momento de su adquisición hasta el día 16 de Marzo del año 2007. El inversor tiene que pagar 0,58 euros para adquirir el Warrant, es decir, la inversión es de 0,58 €.

El hecho de que Repsol cotice a 24 € o a 26 €, al igual que en el ejemplo con el Warrant CALL, va a condicionar la Prima (el precio) del Warrant.

Si Repsol cotizase a 24 €, la posibilidad de vender la acción a 25 € a través del Warrant es interesante, ya que podríamos (tenemos el derecho y no la obligación) vender la acción (derecho teórico, no es necesario tener las acciones en cartera) a un precio más alto de lo que cotiza en Mercado. La opción es interesante, con lo que la Prima del Warrant será alta.

Si Repsol cotizase a 26 €, la posibilidad de vender la acción a 25 € a través del derecho que confiere el Warrant ya no sería tan interesante, ya que la acción cotiza a un precio más alto. La Prima sería más baja.
Nótese que la Prima del Warrant son dos precios, 0,57 – 0,58 euros, correspondientes a las posiciones de demanda y oferta (igual que las acciones). El inversor que adquiera el Warrant, pagará 0,57 euros, el precio ASK, mientras que si desea venderlo, ingresará 0,58 euros, el precio BID.

Los Warrants ofrecen la posibilidad de potenciar la capacidad de inversión también cuando el mercado es bajista, cuando los precios descienden.

Una alternativa para rentabilizar los descensos en bolsa, consiste en vender títulos a crédito, es decir, pedir prestadas las acciones para venderlas y recomprarlas a un precio inferior. El riesgo de esta estrategia, es que si no se producen los descensos en el título se estarán asumiendo pérdidas de forma ilimitada, ya que deben “devolverse” los títulos prestados y cuanto más suba su cotización más pérdidas se soportarán. Además, este tipo de estrategia tiene un coste añadido que consiste en el pago de un tipo de interés aplicable sobre el valor efectivo de los títulos vendidos.

Sin embargo, si cree que un activo va a bajar y compra Warrants PUT sobre ese determinado activo aprovechará el efecto Apalancamiento de los Warrants si el activo baja, mientras que si, por el contrario, el Subyacente sube, su pérdida estará limitada al valor de la Prima pagada.

Esto es posible gracias al Apalancamiento del Warrant que se explica más adelante, y a que el emisor dota de liquidez a los Warrants en mercado.

Activo subyacente

Se entiende por Activo Subyacente de un Warrant a aquel activo que determina el precio de dicho Warrant. Es, en definitiva, el bien sobre el que éste se contrata, el activo al que va referenciado el Warrant.
De esta forma, un Warrant emitido por Société Générale sobre Iberdrola indica que se tiene el derecho de compra o venta sobre la acción de Iberdrola al precio y durante el plazo determinado por ese Warrant.
En la terminología utilizada en el Mercado de Warrants, al precio o cotización del Activo Subyacente se denomina SPOT.
Las Alzas de precios de ese Activo Subyacente sobre el cual se ha emitido el Warrant, determinarán que suban las primas del Warrant Call y bajen, consecuentemente, las primas de los Warrants Put.
Entre los posibles Subyacentes de un Warrant se encuentran:
• Acciones
• Cestas de acciones
• Índices bursátiles y futuros sobre índices bursátiles
• Tipos de interés
• Obligaciones (Renta Fija)
• Divisas
• Materias primas y futuros sobre materias primas
En principio, todo activo negociado en un mercado organizado puede ser Subyacente de un Warrant.

Los Warrants sobre acciones proporcionan la posibilidad de tomar posiciones sobre una compañía determinada.

Los Warrants sobre cestas de acciones permiten posicionarse sobre la evolución de un determinado sector o grupo de acciones con un único instrumento.

Los Warrants sobre índices le ofrecen la posibilidad de posicionarse sobre un determinado índice a partir de una inversión reducida y disponiendo de un efecto Apalancamiento. Como con en el resto de Warrants es posible desarrollar diferentes estrategias, desde cubrir una cartera de acciones que replique el índice hasta tomar una posición alcista o bajista sobre el índice de referencia. En el caso de los índices, los Warrants pueden referenciarse bien al índice contado o bien al futuro de dicho índice.

Ventajas de invertir en Warrants

El inversor en warrants disfruta de algunas ventajas frente a otros productos financieros que podemos resumir de la siguiente forma:

- Atendiendo al tipo de Warrant, el inversor tiene la posibilidad de posicionarse al alza, con Warrants CALL, y/o a la baja, con Warrants PUT, sobre una gran variedad de Activos Subyacentes.
- Liquidez inmediata garantizada por el emisor.
- Aumenta la diversificación de las carteras por la gran variedad de activos subyacentes existentes.
- La inversión en Warrants es reducida teniendo en cuenta que la Prima de los mismos, su cotización, es un valor pequeño. Sin embargo, su potencial de beneficios es ilimitado como consecuencia de apalancar una inversión reducida sobre un Activo Subyacente con un precio mucho más grande.
La principal ventaja de los Warrants es el Apalancamiento o Efecto Multiplicación, pero ¿en qué consiste? Veámoslo con un ejemplo.

Ejemplo
Suponga un inversor cuya expectativa en la evolución de TELEFÓNICA es alcista. El título cotiza a 14 euros que es el precio que tendrá que pagar el inversor que desee adquirir una acción.
Un segundo inversor, también espera que TELEFÓNICA suba en los próximos meses y para ello compra un Warrant CALL con precio de ejercicio (Strike) 14 euros sobre TELEFÓNICA y vencimiento 6 meses. El Warrant cotiza a 1 euro, esto es, la Prima del Warrant es 1 euro, que es el precio que tendrá que pagar el inversor por tener el Warrant en cartera.
Si analizamos la posición de los dos inversores, vemos que:

- El inversor de contado ha invertido 14 euros y tiene una acción de TELEFÓNICA en cartera.
- El inversor de Warrants ha invertido 1 euro (la Prima del Warrant) y tiene la posibilidad (el derecho) de comprar (por ser CALL) la acción de TELEFÓNICA a 14 euros.
Como vemos, el posicionamiento sobre el valor es el mismo, pero los diferencia la inversión necesaria para tener dicho posicionamiento.
- Posicionarse en TELEFÓNICA cuesta 14 euros (inversor de contado) y por lo tanto supone no disponer de Apalancamiento = 14/14 = 1
- Posicionarse en TELEFÓNICA cuando cotiza a 14 euros cuesta 1 euro (inversor en Warrants Société Générale ) y supone disponer de un Apalancamiento = 14/1 = 14 veces. En conclusión, el Warrant va a multiplicar por 14 veces el movimiento de la acción.
Suponga que TELEFÓNICA sube hasta 16,8 euros en los 6 meses siguientes, hasta el vencimiento del Warrant.
El inversor de contado puede vender a 16,8 euros la acción que tiene en cartera comprada a 14 euros y obtener una rentabilidad del = (16,8-14)/14 = 2,8/14 = +20%
El inversor en Warrants puede comprar una acción de TELEFÓNICA a 14 euros, el Warrant CALL le otorga el derecho a adquirir el subyacente al precio de ejercicio (Strike), cuando la acción cotiza a 16,8 euros. ¿Le interesará llevar a cabo su derecho?
La respuesta es, obviamente, sí, ya que, vía Warrants, puede adquirir la acción de TELEFÓNICA a un precio inferior (Strike) de lo que cotiza en Mercado. Por lo tanto, el inversor en Warrants llevará a cabo el derecho a comprar la acción de TELEFÓNICA a 14 euros para venderla en mercado a 16,8 euros, es decir, al igual que el inversor en acciones ingresará los 2,8 euros (16,8-14), teniendo en cuenta que el Warrant le costó 1 euro, su Beneficio será = (16,8-14) – 1/1 = 2,8 – 1/1 = 1,8/1 = 180%, de hecho la rentabilidad del Warrant (sin considerar el coste para el inversor) será de (16,8-14)/1 = 280%; 14 veces (Apalancamiento veces) la rentabilidad de contado, 14 x 20 = 280%.
Suponga que ambos inversores equivocan su expectativa en TELEFÓNICA, y la acción baja hasta los 10 euros en 6 meses, fecha de vencimiento del Warrant.
El inversor en Warrants sigue teniendo el derecho a comprar la acción de TELEFÓNICA a 14 euros, Warrant CALL 14 a 6 meses, eso no ha cambiado, pero la situación del valor no es favorable. ¿Le interesará llevar a cabo su derecho ahora que TELEFÓNICA cotiza a 10 euros?
La respuesta es no, de hecho, a vencimiento, su Warrant no valdrá nada y el inversor habrá perdido su inversión, que es de 1 euro.
Por otro lado, el inversor en contado tiene en cartera una acción de TELEFÓNICA que vale 10 euros por la que pagó 14 euros, con una pérdida potencial de 4 euros.
Vemos como los Warrants ofrecen un interesante efecto Apalancamiento con el riesgo limitado a la propia inversión, la Prima del Warrant, que es reducida.

Son las siguientes:

- Para empezar, ¿podría exponernos una breve introducción sobre usted? A qué se dedica, sus estudios, edad, ciudad natal, sus comienzos en el mundo del HYIP, etc..

Bueno para empezar, soy empresario de negocios de Computación, cibercafés, y talleres de reparación de computo, soy una persona joven, naci en un pueblo llamado San Isidro del General, hace años atras me llamo la atención pensar que se podia hacer dinero por internet igual que cualquier persona comence leyendo emails para ganar dinero, donde por rellenar encuestas, ciao ptrs, ptcs etc, pero vi que esas cosas no funcionan así que bueno primero cree webs para vender libros pero nunca funcionó.
Pues bueno ronde por otras cosas y conoci las hyips fue una odisea conseguir egold pues la primera vez que compre egold me robaron pero por ahi comence perdi algo de dinero en hyips hasta que poco a poco fui buscando una estrategia que funcionara en ellas y me di cuenta que lo logre entonces pense que a como estaba funcionando con más capital y cobrando algun interes pues podria funcionar mejor.

Veamos tenemos, hyips, ptrs, autosurfers, monitoreshyips, diseño de webs, casinos, juegos de egold, loteria, servicios empresariales, multiniveles, cibeuniversidad, Sharesmlm, inversiones en la bolsa, venta exclusiva de cursos on-line, sitios webs para adultos, venta de software, y webs de regalos, más lo que ahorita no me acuerdo, también trabajamos en la bolsa de valores y en MERCAFILA.

Recordar que forex solo representa el 10% de lo que recibimos.

- Mucha gente piensa que no es posible ganar 1’15% al día. ¿Podría explicarnos si eso es posible y como hacerlo? ¿Qué % cree que es razonable ganar en un día? Hay millones de programas que ofrecen barbaridades diarias. ¿Entre qué % estaríamos hablando para entender el trading en Forex de manera razonable?

Estoy deacuerdo con la gente en forex si es posible sacar porcentages hablemos de... mmm, ¿0.8% diario? Quizas con un dia de suerte un 2% esto razonablemente hablando ya que algunos días se ganan, otros pues se pierde así que hay que montar balances. Ahora por eso decia plusdollars tiene la ventaja de que no se mantiene de ello sino de invertir en nuevos negocios, y evolucionar los ya existentes. Para mi las hyips que prometen menos de un 2% es razonable.

- ¿Qué cantidad de dinero manejan diariamente?

Entre todos los servicios no hablando solo de las hyips, si no incluyendo todo y además teniendo en cuenta que hasy mas de 1500 usuarios directa o indirectamente yo diria que cerca de unos 25.000 a 30.000... se mueve en transacciones. (No hablo de forex explicitamente) El mercado forex es una mentira pues muchos se aprovechan de él, en sí es muy bueno pero no hace maravillas, olvidese de un 150% diario, etc.

- ¿Ha pensado invertir en diferentes mercados internacionales? ¿Y a través de diferentes productos ( futuros, warrants, acciones...)? Creo que si se fijaran en mercados más pequeños podrían mejorar mucho las ganancias ya que ustedes mismos podrían mover el mercado en la dirección deseada. ¿Que piensa al respecto?

Ya trabajamos en Forex, en La Bolsa y Mercafila, casi en todo lo posible de generar dinero ya estamos, por algo casi tenemos un año, ¿no crees?

- ¿Cuántas personas integran el equipo? ¿Podría detallar las diferentes secciones con las personas que trabajan en cada una de ellas?

Bueno hay varias personas, la verdad, cerca de unas 12 personas, si hay encargados de mercadeo, analistas de mercados de inversión, diseñadores graficos y de webs, contador, y administrador.

- ¿Ha pensado en incluir una tarjeta de débito para mejorar los retiros de los miembros?

No, para eso esta www.plusmoney.es para convertir el dinero en efectivo.

- ¿Ha pensado poder hacer los depósitos a través de transferencia bancaria?

Ya los hemos aceptado, pero en raras ocaciones. Ya que es un poco lento y torpe el proceso.

- ¿Podría enviar la información personal del administrador o administradores, del trader y de todas las operaciones realizadas a los miembros todas las semanas?

Bueno somos un libro abierto, siempre hemos sido públicos, todos los miembros conocen el nombre del dueño de plus. Nunca hemos ocultado nada.

Siempre se ha facilitado por envios de mensajes creo que unas tres o cuatro veces el msn, incluso tengo más de 500 contactos en mi msn donde el 70% son gente de plus.

- Para ustedes, actualmente qué programas creen que son más interesantes para invertir, aparte del suyo.

YO soy honesto, los hay, pero mejor la doy personalmente.

- ¿Hará conferencias online sobre sus operaciones y el estado en que se encuentran, así como explicaciones varias?

Siempre se ha hecho usualmente solemos invitar a conferencias con un periodo de 24 a 36 horas antes. Pero no tenemos horario definido.

- ¿Ha pensado en poner otro procesador de pago después de lo ocurrido con e-gold?

No me gusta la bolsa de Nueva York, asi que es bueno para mi el OTC al no ser realmente cotizado en la bolsa de NY pero aún asi no concidero sea inestable del todo ya que hay mucha info gracias al foro de yahoo finanzas, el problema de la OTC es que al no ser igual de ordenados, vigilados como los normales mercados de la Bolsa, pues siempre hay ciertas dudas. Lastima que la gente desconozca estos mercados virgenes, la gente desconoce que hay forma de cotizar incluso en mercados paralelos a la bolsa, exterioremente.

- ¿Cuantas horas al día estan ustedes activos en el mercado? ¿Las 24 horas?

No, en realidad cerca de 14 a 18 horas.

- ¿Piensa cerrar las puertas a nuevos inversores próximamente?

Si.

- ¿Donde se encuentra físicamente la empresa? ¿Tiene algún sitio de trabajo o cada uno trabaja desde su ordenador?

A Please-invest le han bloqueado la cuenta, pero su administrador ya la ha cambiado.
El numero que tiene ahora está cambiado otra vez en 4419337 (Please-Invest)... William todavía está probando pero e-gold le atraparà tarde o temprano, tiene que haber mucho dinero bloqueado en esas cuentas de e-gold y tiene que estar desesperado por fondos nuevos..

Hi Steven,
We are pleased you have accepted our invitation for an interview.
I'm sure that many people are interested in knowing more about you, InfinityShares staff and Infinity Shares itself.

- First of all, can you tell us a brief introduction of yourself? What do you do, your studies, your beginnings on the HYIP arena, etc...

Well, offline I am a regular 21-year old student at the University of Antwerp in Belgium. Online, I am the admin and director of the Infinity Shares Investment Club. Combine those two and you barely have enough free time leftover. I wouldnt say im a seasoned Hyip'er or online investor, I started 3 years ago looking around for some good opportunities but over time and after experiencing several scam sites the hard way; I found a partner to start a program myself. Our first rule was simple: be honest. We aimed to create a stable but realistic income without taking too much risks, and after one year, I can say we succeeded. We wont make you rich overnight, but its certainly a lot better than a bank, and we have paid all our members.

- Have you worked before in any stock market agencies? If you have, can you list them?

My partner, christian, was already active on the forex market for a while. I was rather a player on the sideline, watching how everything works but really eager to start experiencing the real thing myself. Then half a year before the program launched, Christian thought me the basics and started to train me while gaining experience himself.

- About Infinity Shares Team, Is there a team involved with Infinity Shares? Who are they and what do they do? Do you meet personally or do you only have an Internet Relation? Do you know where each others live?

There are 3 official staff members. I already introduced myself, I do the general managing of the site. We also have Christian, he's more focused on the trading itself and lives in the philippines, I havent met him yet in real life, but we have contact on a daily base through internet, skype and also by phone. Finally, there is also Stijn, he lives in Belgium and has been a great help setting up everything with our old broker and has proven his value, so he certainly belongs to the team. He assists me with the managing of the site.

- Would you be agree in sending information of yourself and info about the new Forex Broker? It could be great if you send Statements of your forex transactions every week or monthly to your members too?

We already supplied several DD packages to some established values in the HYIP (blog) world. One of them is Jude from nobs. We are not planning on handing out new DD packages as we think the current ones are already satisfying the members. We will allow Jude to do a new audit of the broker once we have set up everything.

- Do you have any physical place of work or each one works from its computer? If you have a physical place, where is it located?

We all work from home on a laptop/computer.

- What are your goals for IS? And how will you take care of them?

Create a stable income for the members, our goal is not to grow incredibly big but just that big that it gives a nice return to us, the staff and also you, the members.

- How was the idea to create a project like Infinity Shares? How it was forged?

Well, like mentioned before, Christian and I were sick of scams and wanted to control it ourself, to finally set up something honest, something real!

- Is Infinity Shares registered as a company? If it is, can we verify that personally? Can we visit or meet you, as well as the other IS staff?

IS isnt registered yet, there are plans to register once we reach a certain amount of money invested. It is possible to set a date to visit me, maybe one day we will have an "IS-day" ;).

- Have you ever thought about invest in different international markets? Trough different products as: futures, warrants, stocks… I think that if you pay more attention into smaller markets you can improve much more your gains since you can move the market in the wished direction. What do you think about that?

We have considered it, but we are more experienced in the forex market and our current members have invested in IS with this knowledge, there is no reason to risk their money in other markets while we already mastered the forex market. In order to move a price in the direction you want, I think we need a way bigger capital than the current one.

- What do you think about including a debit card to improve the withdrawals? And wire transfers?

We have looked into the option of adding a debit card, but I personally dont think there is a debit card that is trustworthy, stable and accepted around the globe. I must admit I miss G-card. We have accepted bank wires in the past for bigger deposits, if you are interested in doing such a deposit, you can always send us a mail.

- Would you accept an audit made by and independent auditor to verify the results of IS?

Currently, we have Jude of nobs doing these audit every couple of months, he has proven to be independent, so I think that should be sufficiant.

- Will you make online conferences about your transactions and the status in which they are, as well as several comments? It can be great to member’s confidence.

Do you mean forex trades with "transactions"? If so, we prefer not to give away our strategy, although we are already (partially) giving regular updates of trades on our blog, but you can notice its rather quiet overthere nowadays because of the broker switch and the family problems of Christian.

- Is possible to be in contact through the msn with you?

I prefer to use Yahoo IM, the contact details are listed on the Support Page.

- What programs do you think are interesting at this moment around the net, apart from IS?

Hmm, good question, im not up to date of everything happening nowadays. I do think Life Holdings will have a great future, but I prefer him to focus more on the forex market, than on betfair.

- What do you think about the status of e-gold? And what do you think about Pecunix and E-bullion?

I think everything will turn out to be ok for E-gold. It wont give up without a big fight, and if it loses, it will still continue outside the USA. I have looked into pecunix and E-bullion, I personally prefer pecunix but if possible, I would like to stick with E-gold.

- Do you know what means OTC? Have you ever thought about working with this market?

I am not sure where OTC stands for, I could guess but I wont, but like I said before, I prefer to stick with the forex market.

- How many hours of the day are you active in Forex?

Hmm depends, but it happens quiet often that its 5-6 hours or even more. I always have a screen ready to monitor it.

- Is there any plan to close the doors to new members shortly?

There is a plan yes, but thats still for the future, and when we close, we will not warn the members so we can avoid a last minute rush.

- Can you send to all members the contract that you have sign with the new broker?

Hmm, on this contract you can find our personal information, that has only been given to the selected group of people that received our DD-package. We can send them an update with that information, but we wont post it publicly. That wouldnt be wise, there are crazy people on the internet, and we have to protect ourself against them.

- What can you show in your web to convince members that everything is true?

Time will tell, we are 1 year old and still around, that means already a lot! Also, most people trust Hyip people such as Jude that have done a DD on IS. That should convince them.

- How is going the “pet project”? Can you explain a little more what is this project about?

Details about the project can be found on our forum, it would be spammish to copy paste it all, but it comes down to this. Christian his brother is a dog-lover and decided to start a kennel, he needed some cash to start this up, and we provided it, with a return of 160-180% over 1 year.

- Is there anything else you would like to add?

No, I think this covers everything ;)

- Finally, what do you think of our blog?

I have taken a brief look but realised it was in spanish. Although I follow classes at the university to learn spanish, its still very difficult to understand, but I will certainly come and visit the blog again when you post the interview!

Pues parece que no salimos de los problemas... ahora son las autoridades Suizas las que se ponen "manos a la obra" con los Brokers establecidos en ese pais.

Baltic Forex Group está teniendo problemas con su Broker, Neuimex, al parecer las autoridades Suizas han empezado una discursión con Neuimex Asset Management y dicen que pueden verse afectados todos los brokers establecidos en Suiza.

Polorzelpolczajka (Administrador de Baltic Forex Group), está intentando sacar todo el dinero que tienen en Neuimex y no puede.

Esperemos que todo esto se tranquilice pronto...

"Paper" results for April 2007: (three weeks trading)

This is worst scenario that could happened - our broker failed!
Everything started few weeks ago when Neuimex Asset Management in
Switzerland had a basic discussion with the Swiss authorities. The
company was closed down and propably this will affect all Swiss
brokers. You must remember that our broker is Neuimex Direct Dealing
on BVI. I sended an e-mail what's going on and if our deposit is safe I
recieved an answer:

Then the news on Neuimex Trading Platform dissapeard, and so far
there's no economic news. I sended an e-mail to the support and I
recieved an answer that this will be fixed in few days because they're
changing servers. This wasn't happend until now (after 3 weeks).

Me and Qaras decided that we must change broker to safe our
and ours investors money. We requested to withdraw all money from
Neuimex platform and started to open account with new broker.

Unfortunateley until this time withdrawal wasn't processed and because
of that we didn't communicating for so long, they're not responding on
e-mails and phone calls asking why withdrawal wasn't processed yet.

Few week ago we where making small withdrawal because few investors wanted
to close their account and this was taking little more than usual but
we recieved it.

Right now we're trying to find out why our withdrawal wasn't processed
yet.

I hope everything will finish with positive results and we start again
with new broker.

We will need to made some changes in our rules because we won't be
using broker that accept e-gold deposits.
So there will be small fee propably in withdrawing money - 2% I must
discuss this with Qaras, also we have some more ideas how to improve
our service.

La descarga de barra viewbar está muy cerca de lanzarse masivamente, para poder comenzar a acumular horas , es más, como lo cuenta Brian Greenwald (AGLOCO Development Team) en el blog oficial de AGLOCO, ya está utilizando la barra Viewbar en su computadora.

Según dice ha probado alguna de sus características como búsqueda, favoritos, opciones, instalar, desinstalar , minimizar, etc. y todo ha funcionado a la perfección.

En el día de ayer se realizó una prueba en los servidores de publicidad, para confirmar que todos los bugs han sido corregidos.

Algunas consideraciones a tener en cuenta, según el mail enviado por Dan Jorgensen
(Member Coordinator) :

1. Horas AGLOCO: Se nos acreditarán las 5 horas directas mensuales, mientras mantengamos activa la view bar , sabremos cuando esto ocurre por que la barra tendrá una luz verde que nos indicará cuando estemos acumulando horas. Ganaremos el 25% de las horas "navegadas" por nuestros referidos, o sea que si uno de nuestros referidos acumula sus 5 horas, se nos acreditarán 1.25 horas a nuestro favor. Atención que solo recibirás horas de referidos, según las horas directas que acumules, por lo tanto si solo navegas 3 horas y un referido navega 4 solo recibirás acreditación por esas 3 horas. El total de horas se acumularán y se utilizarán para calcular el porcentaje que te corresponde para cobrar tu parte del efectivo que gane AGLOCO.

2.View Bar : La primera versión de la barra será para Windows Vista, XP, 2000 Pro y 2000 Server. Las versiones para Linux y Mac serán desrrolladas más adelante. La Viewbar funcionará con Internet Explorer 5.5 ó superior y Firefox 1.5 ó superior.

3. Distribución del efectivo: Para poder crear una empresa redituable y que se sostenga en el tiempo, AGLOCO va a distribuir el efectivo que quede como saldo utilizando la ecuación ingresos - costos de mantenimiento, por lo tanto, nos advierten que no esperemos recibir un cheque durante los primeros meses ya que tomará algún tiempo generar ingresos por parte de las campañas publicitarias que se contraten y estos ingresos deben superar a los gastos para poder ser distribuidos entre los miembros.

4. Viewbar multiusuario: Ya lo habían dicho, se puede usar una misma barra en una computadora para que la puedan utilizar diferentes usuarios, para lo cual deberían identificarse utilizando nombre de usuario y contraseña. Atención que solo se permite una barra activa en cada computadora.

5. Descarga única: La versión 1.0 de la Viewbar es bastante simple y minimalista, pero tiene la característica de actualizarse automáticamente. Más adelante se planea agregar el servicio "cash-back", que servirá para recibir un descuento al momento de hacer alguna compra través de la barra.

We both got to know each other while we were investing in Daily-Earn 9
months ago.. Here is an excerpt of the dialogue we had:

Unsaid: I always got scammed right from the beginning till the end. LOL!
That's why I hated scammers and wanted to make a difference. One day, i told lemon about a site i had in mind and we were discussing it and out of sudden i asked him

But, that site was scrapped, we launched 1800-profits4life, then the current

Having been scammed in numerous sites,we decided that the people deserved a site run with honesty and integrity.We wanted to change the investment arena in what little way we could.We endeavor to run a flawless site with a great concept which gave birth to LighHalzen which took us 3 months to finally make our conceptualization a reality.

will not arise.

membership are closed for the moment.

We pay monthly variable rates till you hit 120%. The way the site operates
is we will open up for deposits then close it. After we have finished
payouts for this batch, we will determine the time for the next reopen for

As of the moment, we cleared the last batch payment about a month ago. And we are still in the process of determining when to reopen for deposits again as LightHalzen has got our hands full!

Really? We're not aware of this.. lol

- What do you think about the status of e-gold? Are you thinking about introducing another Payment System, apart from e-gold and e-bullion?

E-Gold... we may never know whats going to happen but as usual legal
process don't take place overnight.

If e-gold ever collapse, it will be likely due to its users killing it
rather than the law (panic attack, just like stock market)

Oh yes! We are looking into adding other payment processors and in midst of discussions with our programmer!

- What can you show in your web to convince members that everything is true?

We are not here to convince or to prove anything to anyone.

All we know is that we are here with a pure heart to create a utopia that

El diario The Washington Post ha publicado, sin citar las fuentes, que Microsoft ha iniciado "conversaciones formales" para la compra de Yahoo y se especula con la posibilidad de que la oferta podía ascender a 50.000 millones de dólares.

Después del último comunicado de William, el administrador de Please-invest, ya nos temiamos lo peor y seguramente podemos decir que el final ya ha llegado. En su última aparición nos decía que como no podía ofrecer un servicio en condiciones por mal funcionamiento de internet y por estar de viaje no pagaría hasta el viernes por la mañana. Hoy ya es viernes y no hay notícia alguna de William.

Hizo pensar a todos los miebros que podría durar una temporada más ya que un par de dias antes lanzó la nueva tarjeta de débito de please-invest. Se comunicaba casi a diario conmigo por el messenger y tenía informados en todo momento a los miembros a través del foro de talkgold, pero en estos dos últimos dias ha desaparecido por completo. Ya avisamos en otro post en este mismo blog que lo teniamos que considerar como un juego ya que en cualquier momento podía irse. El final ya ha llegado. Algunos habrán sabido ganar la partida con beneficios pero habrá muchísimos más que habrán perdido bastante dinero.

Robert (Administrador) ha mandado un email pronunciandose sobre el caso de E-Gold que tiene a todo el mundo de la Inversion On Line revolucionado.

Y es que a pesar de que Robert decidió prescindir de los servicios de E-Gold en todos sus programas unos meses antes, ahora ha decidio hablar. Nos cuenta que ahora se está viendo todo el pastel de E-Gold y que después de que a él le robaran el dinero los de E-Gold, todo esto tenia que salir a la luz, también dice que para él, el propietario de E-Gold está poniendo unas excusas muy pobres para salir del atolladero en el que está metido.

Breve repaso a la historia de los Warrants

En un primer momento, puede parecer que las opciones son un producto de innovación financiera, pero en realidad tienen una larga tradición.

En la literatura financiera pueden encontrarse datos de cómo los fenicios, los griegos y los romanos ya negociaban contratos con cláusulas de opción sobre las mercancías que transportaban. La finalidad de este tipo de contratos era reducir el riesgo ante posibles acontecimientos adversos.

El primer mercado de opciones relativamente organizado apareció en Holanda en el siglo XVII, donde se negociaban bulbos de tulipán, de manera que los comerciantes se aseguraban un precio de compra de los tulipanes y los agricultores, un precio de venta.

La constante evolución del mercado de opciones ha llegado hasta nuestros días en forma de contratos estandarizados negociados en mercados organizados, o de forma bilateral, en el que las partes contratantes se comprometen a cumplir una serie de acuerdos fijados en el contrato.

El mercado de los warrats

Desde 1.998, año en el que comenzó la actividad industrial de Warrants en España, se han producido tres puntos de inflexión en la negociación de Warrants en nuestro país.

- El primero tuvo lugar en el año 2.000, cuando la consecución de máximos históricos seguida de la explosión de la burbuja tecnológica impulsó la negociación de Warrants.

- El 11 de noviembre de 2002 vio la luz el nuevo módulo de negociación de Warrants en el Sistema de Interconexión Bursátil Español (SIBE), lo que supuso la creación de un mercado propio, similar al de Renta Variable, donde se negociaban todos los Warrants emitidos en España.

Este módulo nació impulsado por los esfuerzos de la Bolsa de Madrid y de la Sociedad de Bolsas (organismo que agrupa las 4 bolsas españolas y que es supervisor del SIBE) que trabajaron, conjuntamente, con todos los emisores de Warrants a lo largo de varios meses.

El resultado es un sistema de negociación puntero, que cuenta con una tecnología capaz de absorber varias centenas de miles de transacciones por día y un funcionamiento innovador a la vanguardia de Europa.

Este sistema garantiza la Liquidez absoluta y en tiempo real de todos los Warrants cotizados. Un inversor puede, de esta forma, posicionarse en mercado, tanto para comprar como para vender, a un precio determinado, como si de una acción se tratase.

- El tercero se produjo en el año 2.005, donde la clara tendencia alcista de los Mercados contribuyó a que se superan por primera vez los 2.000 millones de euros negociados en primas.

A continuación se muestra un gráfico con la evolución del volumen negociado en Warrants en España durante los últimos años:

Lo más destacable del gráfico es la evolución siempre creciente del volumen negociado en Warrants año tras año, y es que cada vez más inversores utilizan los Warrants para su operativa en renta variable, divisas o materias primas.

¿Cómo invertir en warrants?

Los warrants admitidos a cotización en las Bolsas españolas se negocian en el Segmento de Negociación de Warrants, Certificados y Otros Productos, a través de la plataforma electrónica de contratación de las Bolsas españolas, llamada SIBE warrants (Sistema de Interconexión Bursátil Español).

Los warrants se compran y se venden en Bolsa como las acciones. Para comprar o vender un warrant sólo es necesario contactar con su intermediario financiero, que se encargará de posicionar su orden en el mercado.

En el mercado hay disponibles cientos de warrants para su negociación, por lo que es importante seleccionar el warrant adecuado respecto al activo subyacente seleccionado. Los warrants no sólo se diferencian por sus precios, sino que su potencial de desarrollo y actuación es también muy diferente según sean sus periodos de vencimiento y sus precios de ejercicio.

Indicadores útiles para medir la elección de un warrant son la Delta y la elasticidad. Estos indicadores permiten comparar objetivamente, en un momento determinado, varios warrants emitidos sobre un mismo subyacente. Se puede obtener información de ellos a través de las páginas Web de los emisores de warrants.

Antes de operar con warrants es recomendable:

Conocer con detalle todas las características del warrant sobre el que se quiere invertir, así como el régimen fiscal aplicable a estos activos.

Seguir de forma continua la evolución de los precios del activo de referencia o subyacente sobre el que está emitido el valor.

Buscar el asesoramiento de los intermediarios financieros. En función de sus necesidades, ellos le orientarán sobre qué emisión comprar.

Las características de este mercado son las siguientes:

El mercado es electrónico (es decir, las órdenes se casan de forma automática en base a un doble criterio de prioridad en precio y orden de introducción) y su difusión es en tiempo real.

La negociación se realiza por pantalla y es anónima, es decir, se trata de un mercado ciego.

El horario de negociación es de 9.00 a 17.30 horas.

La liquidez de los warrants de cada uno de los emisores está garantizada por la figura del especialista. Cada emisor designará su especialista, el cual cotizará de forma continua durante toda la sesión precios de oferta y demanda para todos sus warrants (esto implica que los inversores de warrants siempre van a encontrar una contrapartida para sus órdenes de compra y venta a mercado).

Los precios se expresan en euros, con dos decimales.

La validez de las órdenes es de un día

Tipos de órdenes:
- Limitadas: son órdenes con precio. Se ejecutan a su precio límite o mejor. Este tipode órdenes permiten al inversor protegerse de posibles alteraciones repentinas en elprecio de un warrant.
- De mercado: son órdenes sin precio. Se ejecutan al mejor precio del lado contrario del libro de órdenes. Si no existe contrapartida se sitúa en el libro hasta ser completada.
- Por lo mejor: son órdenes sin precio que quedan limitadas al mejor precio del lado contrario del libro de órdenes. Si no hay órdenes en el lado contrario la orden será rechazada.
Las órdenes se pueden tramitar a través de cualquier intermediario financiero.

Estrategia de Trading

Hace unos dias escribia sobre una estrategia de trading que consistia en el cruce de las EMA 5 y 13, por si alguno no recuerda el articulo o se ha unido al blog con posterioridad este es el articulo: Sistema de Tradeo en Forex.

Pues para complementar esta estrategia de forex me han pasado una página que parece que se complementa muy bien con la estrategia anteriormente comentada.

Yo aún no he probado esta estrategia pero si que he estado probando la del cruce de las medias móviles exponenciales 5 y 13 y debo decir que en las gráficas horarias y diarias dan un muy buen resultado.

Tal y como comento thor1 en un comentario dejado en el primer articulo, como mejor funciona esta estrategia es con las Medias Móviles EXPONENCIALES, con las simples no da tanto porcentaje de acierto.

GPP - Importante Noticia

Esta es la noticia más importante que nos ha dado GPP desde que se lanzó el programa; y es que al parecer el "Trust Partner" debido a todo lo que está pasando en el mundo de la e-moneda ha decidido poner una fecha limite para alcanzar los 100.000 miembros. La fecha será el 31 de Agosto del 2007.

Stella también dice en la noticia que ya se saben los miembros que van a cualificar para la compesanción económica y que miembros no, y es que los que cumplan 67 años antes de Octubre del 2007 no van a poder acceder a la compesación económica por los planes de pensión, aunque si que podrán acceder a la compesación del plan de referidos.

En estos momentos no aceptan pagar el cargo por ser miembro a través de 1mdc debido a los problemas que está teniendo este sistema de pago.

La noticia también dice que en cuanto termine la fecha límite y se hayan alcanzado los 100.000 miembros, se dará un mes para mandar los documentos y las copias de los IDs.

As soon as their problems are solved, we start accepting 1mdc again. I have been in touch with them and they assured me these problems won't last long.

So, don't be surprised if you see lower numbers in the counter than last time when you logged in your member area. I will start the job to check the ages of the members in blocks of 1000 members and update the counter block by block.

Concerning the deadline. We shouldn't be afraid of not meeting it! If you have a look at this weeks Time-Line Forecast above, you see that the forecasted time to reach 100.000 members is September. All we need to do is to get adjusted to the idea of the deadline, work as intensively as before and we will make it. We have made wonderful progress so far even without the deadline. Now, when we have it and we know that we must reach the target in four months, it will create positive pressure and push us all a bit further in our affairs. If you see it as a problem, turn it into a challenge!

So, to repeat myself...

- we must reach 100.000 members by the end of August 2007

IS - E-Gold Cancelado Temporalmente

Hace unos 10 minutos he decidido hacer mi primer depósito en Infinity Shares mediante e-gold y previendo que iban a cerrar los depósitos en breve mediante e-gold por todo lo que se está rumoreando entorno al mismo.

Se han hecho realidad mis previsiones y me acaba de llegar un email de IS diciendo que cierran temporalmente los depósitos mediante e-gold hasta que no se aclare la situación. Ahora me queda la duda de si aceptaran mi deposito -que por otra parte ya aparece en mi cash balance y ya he comprado acciones aunque ahora mismo están en pendiente- o por otra parte me lo devolveran a mi cuenta de e-gold. Supongo que en los próximos dias saldré de dudas.

into the current situation. We want to avoid that people use IS as a stocking

Infinity Shares - Nuevo Broker

Finalmente han encontrado un nuevo broker con el que tradear los de Infinity Shares. El nuevo broker es HMS, basado en Luxemburgo, al igual que Internaxx, haciendo la transición de un broker a otro mucho más facil y rápida.

En su email dicen que cuando tengan todo aprovado con el broker, dejaran a algunas personas meterse en su cuenta de HMS para que verifiquen que todo está allí.

Sobre la situación de e-gold comentan que tienen en la cuenta de e-gold sobre el 10% del capital total de Infinity Shares, y que el Lunes lo reduciran al 2% para asegurar la seguridad de los fondos, ese 2% servirá para pagar los retiros a corto plazo.

After 2 weeks of searching, we found an alternative broker that we feel covers
our trading needs. Our new broker is HMS, which is also based in Lux, making our
transition from Internaxx a lot easier and faster. Paperwork will be done on

Bueno antes que nada, decir que alguien está mandando spam sobre un sitio cuya dirección es www.life-holdings.net, este es un sitio falso, el sitio oficial de Life Holdings es www.life-holdings.com, el .net es de algun estafador, fijaros al entrar en la página de Life Holdings que sea .com en vez de .net.

El Warrant es un contrato o instrumento financiero que da al comprador el derecho, pero no la obligación, de comprar/vender un activo subyacente (acción, futuro, etc...) a un precio determinado en una fecha futura. En términos de funcionamiento, un warrant es similar a una opción.

Los warrants son valores negociables en Bolsa.
Otorgan a su tenedor el derecho, pero no la obligación a comprar (call warrant) o vender (put warrant) una cantidad determinada de un activo (activo subyacente) a un precio prefijado (precio de ejercicio o strike) a lo largo de toda la vida del warrant o a su vencimiento.
Para adquirir ese derecho, el comprador debe pagar el precio del warrant, también llamado prima. La cotización de un warrant representa en todo momento el precio a pagar por adquirir ese derecho.

En función de cuándo puede ejercitarse el derecho, se distingue entre warrants europeos o americanos. Los Warrants "Europeos" solo se ejercitan al vencimiento del mismo.
Los Warrants "Americanos" se podrán ejercitar en cualquier momento, desde su emisión hasta su vencimiento.

Ejemplo de Warrant:

Imagine que considera la posibilidad de que TELEFÓNICA suba en los próximos 6 meses. En el supuesto de que la acción cotizara a 10 euros, por lo que para posicionarse al alza sobre el título tiene que pagar 10 euros y así, tendrá en cartera 1 acción de TELEFÓNICA.

Sin embargo, en vez de comprar el título puede adquirir un derecho a comprar el título (Warrant CALL de TEF con precio de ejercicio 10 euros) que le permita comprar TELEFÓNICA a 10 euros en 6 meses, la compra de ese derecho (Warrant) supone un desembolso mucho más reducido, 1 euro (la Prima del Warrant).

Si pasados 6 meses TELEFÓNICA cotiza a 13 euros, el inversor en acciones habrá ganado 3 euros, lo que supone una rentabilidad del +30% [(13-10)/10]. A su vez el inversor en Warrants tendrá la posibilidad (que no la obligación) de comprar TELEFÓNICA a 10 euros cuando ésta cotiza a 13, es decir, comprar 3 euros más barata la acción.

Teniendo en cuenta que el derecho (Warrant) le costó 1 euro la rentabilidad de la operación será del 200% [(3-1)/1].

Imagine que en 6 meses TELEFÓNICA cotiza en 5 euros, el inversor en acciones pierde 5 euros por cada acción (las compró a 10 euros), mientras que el inversor en Warrants, simplemente no llevará a cabo su derecho, ya que no le interesa comprar la acción a 10 euros cuando ésta cotiza a 5 euros en Mercado, por lo que perderá su inversión de 1 euro (la Prima del Warrant).

El Euro bate un Récord Frente al Dólar

El euro ha batido un nuevo valor récord histórico frente al dólar en 1,3684 dólares, tras la publicación de que el crecimiento del Producto Interior Bruto (BIP) de EEUU en el primer trimestre fue menor de lo previsto.

La moneda única se cambiaba a 1,3670 dólares a medio día en el mercado de divisas de Fráncfort pero unos momentos antes había alcanzado el máximo histórico en 1,3684 dólares.

Su anterior valor máximo se situaba en 1,3667 dólares y fue fijado el pasado 30 de diciembre de 2004 y lo tocó, de nuevo, el pasado miércoles.

Por su parte, el Banco Central Europeo (BCE) ha fijado el cambio oficial del euro en 1,3643 dólares.

E-Gold da Mucho que Hablar

Pues si, ahora es una noticia publicada en la página de 1mdc, según parece esto perjudica a los ciudadanos de los Estados Unidos aunque según dicen los de 1mdc, ellos no estan en EE.UU. y por hacer tratos con e-gold les han cerrado la cuenta, se supone.

Os traduzco aqui la noticia:

Parece que una orden judicial del gobierno de los EE.UU. ha forzado a e-gold(R) cerrar o confiscar todas las cuentas de 1mdc. Todas las cuentas de 1mdc en e-gold han sido cerradas por orden del gobierno de los EE.UU.

Parece que también las cuentas de un gran número de los exchangers más grandes y de los usuarios con mayor e-gold han sido cerradas o confiscadas durante la noche: millones de euros en oro se han paralizado en este acontecimiento. Las cuentas de un par de grandes exchangers han sido cerradas.

Si la incautación o el orden judicial de los EE.UU. se revierte, tus gramos de e-gold sobrantes en 1mdc se devolveran a tu cuenta del e-gold.

Sugerimos no aterrarse: se sabrá más el lunes cuando haya más actividad en las cortes.

PUEDES pasar tu 1mdc de una a otra cuenta 1mdc. 1mdc está funcionando normalmente dentro de 1mdc. Sin embargo debes saber que cabe la posibilidad de que tu e-gold nunca sea "liberado" de e-gold debido a la orden judicial.

En última instancia e-gold(R) es una compañía enteramente basada en EE.UU., poseída y operada por ciudadanos de los EE.UU., así pues, los usuarios de e-gold deben acatar las decisiones de las cortes de los EE.UU. con respecto a la disposición de e-gold. Aún cuando 1mdc no tiene ningún tipo de conexión con los E.E.U.U., y la mayoría de los usuarios de 1mdc no son de E.E.U.U., e-gold(R) está basado en los E.E.U.U.

Espectaculares los resultados de TRG.

Beneficio Neto del primer trimestre de 2007: 22,2 millones de € (+54%); EBITDA de 37,3millones de € (+33,2%); Porcentaje de EBITDA sobre ventas de 21,7% (frente a 17,9% en 2006).

Extrapolando estos resultados a todo el año (y TRG siempre ha mejorado,trimestre a trimestre) TRG podría ganar en 2007 en torno a 89/90 millones de €, lo que supone un Beneficio Neto estimado por acción en 2007 de 1,75 € por acción, lo que supone que cotiza,aún con la subida de hoy, a un PER de apenas 11,4 veces. No encuentro un PER más barato ahora mismo en toda la bolsa española.

Protagonista de Hoy: el Dólar

Hoy el Dólar ha protagonizado un fuerte tirón en el Mercado Internacional de Divisas o Forex.

A media mañana hemos podido ver al USD/JPY romper la resistencia clave situada en 119.00-05, después de haber superado la resistencia clave se ha encarado al siguiente obstaculo situado en 119.45-50, en el que está en este momento, el precio de este par en estos momentos es de 119.47, si consigue superar los 119.50, puede encararse hasta los 119.65 y luego a los máximos recientes en 119.85-90.

También hemos podido ver el tirón del Dólar en pares como el GBP/USD (más conocido como Cable), en el que en estos momentos el precio se encuentra en el soporte situado en 1.9900, si consigue romper este soporte, lo cuál se antoja dificil ya que el par se encuentra muy sobrevendido, bajará hasta el siguiente obstaculo situado en 1.9870.

Por su parte, el EUR/USD está rebotando en estos momentos en el soporte situado en 1.3585, y parece que volverá a retomar la escalada, aunque estaremos a la espera.

Bolsa: OPV ALMIRALL

Se está preparando una nueva OPV para el mes de mayo, se trata de los laboratorios farmacéuticos Almirall. Tienen sede en Barcelona, en 2006 facturaron 750 millones de Euros y controlan el 6% del mercado farmaceutico español. Esperan que la salida a bolsa se produzca antes del verano.

Veo esta salida como muy interesante pues hay pocas empresas de este sector, ahora que toca retirada en el sector inmobiliario hay que buscar sectores alternativos, este sector junto con las energías renovables puede ser una firme apuesta.
Creo que va a ser una OPV como las de antes, tipo Baviera, con una explosión el primer día de cotización. Es un sector interesante y hay muy pocas compañías de este sector que estén cotizando.

La compañia Almirall tiene la patente de un protector de pared gástrica llamado almax(que muchos conocereis) siendo este uno de sus principales compuestos y fuente de ingresos , con un gran penetrancia en todo el mundo. Una compañia muy interesante.

Si el mercado acompaña en el momento de su salida a bolsa se podrá obtener una gran rentabilidad los primeros dias de cotización. Así pues estad atentos!!

- First of all, can you tell us a brief introduction of yourself? What do you do, your

As you know, I’m the admin of Please Invest - one of the biggest and

Llevo en Please-invest desde el principio.

El dia 31 de abril cumplirá 3 meses de vida. ¿ Cuanto tiempo le quedará ? Hasta el momento todo ha funcionado muy bien y su administrador en todo momento ha respondido a todos mis problemas.

El administrador en innumerables ocasiones ha dicho que no es un ponzi. Está catalogado de SCAM en algunos foros. Hasta el momento no ha dicho de donde saca el dinero, ni creo que lo haga. En una ocasión le dijo a un miembro que quizá algun dia diría como obtiene esos beneficios y que seguramente no le gustaria saber como.

De lo que sé de Willian, el administrador, es que es de Francia, tiene menos de 30 años y que tiene bastante gente que trabaja para él. En una conversación que tuve con él me dijo que veía el programa muy bien y que seguramente duraría más allá del 2008 según me dijo. Diariamente se pueden obtener suculentos beneficios en los mercados de todo el mundo y no creo que resultará muy difícil conseguir esos porcentages si tuviera un equipo de brokers profesionales negociando en diferentes mercados bursátiles del mundo. Otra cosa es que realmente tenga a un equipo para hacer eso las 24 horas. En bolsa hoy dia es facil conseguir esos intereses siempre y cuando estés encima del mercado a través de los diferentes y variados productos (futuros, CFD, acciones, warrants, turbos, fondos...)y con grandes cantidades de dinero, ya que eso te permite hacer mover determinadas acciones y conseguir los beneficios deseados.

Así pues, la pregunta es: ¿Es posible ganar esos porcentages diarios? - Sí, por supuesto y sin mucho esfuerzo. La cuestión es: ¿Please-invest tiene a un equipo de brokers profesionales por todo el mundo? ¿Gana el dinero a través de operaciones en los mercados internacionales? Como todo esto no lo podemos probar ya que el administrador no ha querido desvelar su identidad ni la manera como consigue esos beneficios, debemos pensar que no debe ser nada de eso o por lo menos es lo que parece. Así pues, la gente que quiera meterse en este tipo de inversiones, debe considerarlo como un juego, ya que en cualquier momento puede desaparecer y perder su dinero. De momento todo parece que va muy bien pero quizá mañana tengamos una sorpresa y cierre. Eso no lo sabremos hasta que ocurra. Hoy el administrador ha sacado una importante notícia. Está pensando en incluir una tarjeta de débito.

GPP - Pronóstico de Tiempo

Nunca he hablado sobre GPP (Global Pension Plan) y os voy a explicar un poco como funciona este programa:

Es un plan de jubilación asegurado y endosable, es decir, que como todo plan de pensiones al cabo de un tiempo quién lo contrate recibira una compensación (en este caso economica).

Ahora bien, las condiciones de GPP son mucho más ventajosas, ya que no es necesario pasar 30 años cotizando en el programa para poder recibir los beneficios, al contrario, al conseguir la cifra de 100 mil personas registradas, la operacion se hace en un solo acto: es decir, se inscriben los contratos por miembro registrado en GPP, que son nominativos (uno por persona), el financiero los adquiere mediante compra (los 55 mil dolares + el costo de la poliza a la aseguradora), y tras lo cual puede negociarlos directamente en el mercado accionario para hacerlos liquidables, los puede guardar o esperar a su expiración para recibir los beneficios de la poliza, ya que son endosables estos documentos, es decir, se pueden negociar y además estan asegurados por una compañia de seguros que los respalda.

Según lo que dicen en el email han tenido problemas con algún ente regulador y la nueva tarjeta de Best Gold Card ya no sirve.

Lo "bueno" es que por lo visto las van a reemplazar SIN CARGO para los que ya la habían pedido.

Al parecer hay otras tarjetas con problemas, como la de Asian Payments, este es un email parecido:

He estado probando este sistema de trading en forex y la verdad es que para ser gratuito no me parece nada malo, eso sí, yo creo que hay que acompañarlo con algún indicador más porque a veces falla el sistema. Seguiré practicando con este sistema a ver si lo perfecciono y os doy más novedades.

Me ha llegado un email de los Administradores de Infinity Shares (IS), Steven, Stijn y Xtian, diciendo que el broker con el que trabajaban (Internaxx) les ha hecho algún "feo", es decir, que como al broker no le gustaba que tradearan en Forex sólo con las noticias, pues les ha "cambiado" algunas posiciones que han resultado en pérdidas y como es normal a los de IS no les ha gustado nada, así que ahora están buscando algún broker de Forex que permita tradear las noticias para mover todos los fondos, volver a empezar a tradear y dar beneficios (o perdidas) a los miembros.
Eso es lo que dice basicamente el email que os pego aquí:

Important Announcement from InfinityShares

During the last couple of weeks, we were pretty much able to cover most of the Major releases but we have seen some issues with our broker that we discounted due to the holidays, and to other reasons that were from that time seemed plausible. We now have a full update on the situation and this is what the mail is about.

Some of the members would remember that we switched brokers last year because we were encountering problems with liquidity and availability of market prices during news releases and other important times (opening and closing of the markets). We spent some time looking for, researching, and contacting brokers and doing everything possible to ensure the continuity of InfinityShares Forex Club. After making sure that Internaxx was the real deal, and after repeated assurances from them through email correspondence that they do not descriminate between news traders, scalpers and tech traders, we finally decided to open an account with them. Opening an account took a while because a lot of the requirements had to be submitted via snail mail and Stijn and Steven had to make personal appearances to be able to open the accounts properly.

We said OK to the comissions that they charged ($15 per lot, per direction, which computes to $30 in opening and closing a single lot). We said OK to their higher than normal spreads, taking our tech trades a notch down since we were mainly focusing on fundamental announcements.

Now after a few months of trading with them (at the same time paying thousands in $$$ in comissions) they decide to change some of our positions which resulted in a minor loss. Not too much tho, but disheartening nonetheless.

We are now looking for other suggestions for good brokers, since we will be also shifting our focus from a 80/20 Fundamental/Tech stance to a 60/40 Tech/Fundamental stance, with us shifting the focus to mainly technical trades while using fundamental indicators as an exit strategy/focus and not the other way around which had worked for us for so long. I guess it would be easier to find a broker that offers tight spreads with minimal comissions rather than a fast broker with unlimited liquidity.

What would this mean for InfinityShares? Well, it's a paradigm shift for all of us. We will be evaluating our options, and as with before, we appreciate everyone's inputs on this issue since it is YOU the member that makes everything possible. We will probably not be risking any more trades the rest of the week and longer until we resolve this broker issue ASAP. Since multiple positions have already been moved around 10 pips from their entries, we do not know what the long term impact to our account will be if we continue to trade and they will continue to adjust our positions arbitrarily.

From now, we're suspending our Fundamental/News based trading as far as Internaxx goes, and will focus on some small tech trades that will hopefully present themselves over time, and hopefully we can continue to trade full speed. We already have a bunch of problems with scheduling, now this comes along. With the support of our members, we'll get through this.

Note to Doomsayers: No, Funds are not frozen in any way. And as a gesture of good will, we will be lowering the sell to admin fee from 4% to 1.5% and we will try our best to cover conversion fees of real money to e-gold with reserves and personal funds. Also, no withdrawal fees as usual. We know that this is as disappointing to the members as it is to us and we are doing our best to make this transition as painless as possible.

Better times will come, IS has had it's rough patches before and this is no-different. We will overcome this obstacle and continue to provide safe and stable profits for our members in the coming weeks, months, and years. We're already in the process of making sure that everything will be back on track in the coming weeks, so a little more patience will be required on everyone's parts as well.

Posible Aclaración al Lio de las Tarjetas

He encontrado esto en un foro sobre todo el lio de las tarjetas de debito basadas en E-Gold, a más de uno le interesará ya que tiene una tarjeta o estaba pensando en comprarla.

I spoke to a few of the card operators who sell cards from North York Credit Union in Canada and asked why they were all cancelling their cards at the moment and was given the following link.

This is the basics of what has happened.

1. None of the operators are in trouble eg. MyGCard, Best Gold Card, nor have they done anything wrong. This is not about them.

2. The people in trouble are a company called CU-Connect

3. CU-Connect is a company that access the Mastercard and Interac netword for a group of credit unions and banks in Canada. The Credit Unions on their own are too small to be able to cover the cost of connecting to the network so they join together and access it through CU-Connect.

4. North York Community Credit Union is who issues most of the e-Gold based cards including for Best Gold Card and My G Card.

5. North York use CU-Connect to access the Mastercard network.

6. CU-Connect have basically gone bankrupt and have lost a huge amount of money.

7. Without CU Connect, North York card holders can not use their cards.

8. CU-Connect are selling off assets and in the process have had to stop all loading of cards.

9. CU-Connect were allowing people to withdraw money for another 2 months.

10. Mastercard found out what was happening and did not want any exposure to what was happening so they immediately cut off access to their network for Pre-Paid Debit Cards through CU-Connect which means that even though CU-Connect was allowing withdrawals, it is impossible because of Mastercards decision.

So what does this mean besides the fact we can't use our cards?

It means that all the rumours the My G Card and the other guys like BGC are in trouble, it simply is not true. The problem is not with e-Gold, not with card operators, not a raid by the feds or anything else.

It is simply that the access to the network has been cut off because CU-Connect went bankrupt.

Creo que ya va siendo hora de promocionar un poco más VivaSurf.us, es una oportunidad de ganar mucho dinero en poco tiempo. Ya sé que yo estos programas no los suelo promocionar ni hablar de ellos pero la verdad es que vivasurf me parece una excepción.
Llevo con VivaSurf.com desde que empece en este mundo en Noviembre del año pasado, y vale que ahora VivaSurf.com tiene problemas de pago, pero nunca nos ha dejado el administrador y nunca ha dado ni el más minimo simbolo de irse a ninguna parte.
Os explico un poco más esto:
Robert (Administrador) tiene 4 programas; 3 autosurfs y un hibrido. Los tres autosurfs son: VivaSurf.com, VivaSurf.us y Us-Surf.com; el hibrido es NetIncomeAds.com, es medio Autosurf medio HYIP.
Con lo que ocurrio con StormPay en Febrero, Robert perdió mucho dinero, y todo eso junto con que cometió el error más grande que un admin puede cometer si quiere que su programa dure, es que mezclo inversiones con Ponzi... todo esto admitido por él y digo yo que si lo ha admitido no volverá a cometer el mismo error.
Han estado todos sus programas en espera hasta que se recupere, pueda volver a pagar y que funcionen los autosurfs. Robert se marcó un plan en verano y decidio empezar por VivaSurf.us, no sé como lo ha conseguido pero el caso es que a día de hoy está pagando perfectamente y rapidamente, todo el mundo puede pensar: "Claro está haciendo lo mismo, es un ponzi claro", pero tambien deberian pensar: "Y ¿Cómo ha llegado a que la gente meta algo de dinero despues de haber dejado de pagar en verano?", recuperar un programa despues de la ruina es algo que no se encuentra todos los dias en el mundo de los AutoSurfs y HYIPs, eso para mi es lo más importante, Robert ha demostrado su honestidad y profesionalidad y está llevando a VivaSurf.us a ser el numero uno de los AutoSurfs.
Ahora les toca el turno a VivaSurf.com y Us-Surf.com, porque NetIncomeAds no llego a la banca rota al abrirlo en verano.

There is going to be a twofold change to TFT.

We have had a few problems with the earning vehicles used for TFT. My sense of why is connected to the recent actions of e-gold and a perceived dropping of confidence in them. Comments by many that e-gold was going to close has added to the general decline. While this is not my position - the way that we used to generate returns has been steadily dropping. Looking for the right alternatives is a daily process.

Steadily dropping returns has meant that some incoming were used to pay existing obligations.

The decline started early December and accelerated throughout the month. This has caused a cash flow issue .

Within the HYIP arena there are such things as private placements - they tend to be "those things you hear about but never actually eventuate." My reading and research has shown them to be real - but previous to now I have not been able to access one directly.

This has changed over the last little while.

The reality part is that I cannot say a whole lot about it but I can assure you and reassure you that I have done my homework.

This opportunity (high risk though it is) is one that I plan to capitalize on.

The downside - the placement fees are high - we are talking serious money here.

So after much discussion here is what I am going to do.

All available TFT funds are to be diverted to this opportunity. This amount still does not meet the minimum required so the following will happen.

Payouts will stop - for the course of the trade.

TFT incoming spends will go to the placement.

TFT will close on 3 January (1 week)

ALL spends (all existing/outstanding ones + all new ones) will be paid in full as of January 31.

To be clear - no more TFT payouts till Jan 31 then EVERYONE gets paid.

Additionally a place in the forum will be set up for those who wish to participate more directly in the placement. Access to that is going to be at my discretion. I cannot empahise enough that this is a private offer. I cannot and will not dicuss publicly.

Participation will be via e-gold - that doesn't change.

Maximum amount to invest is under review.

One more thing - once the amount needed to participate is reached all offers will be closed. We will not accept more than we need. Period.

Now this is not a "going private" thing. It is an opportunity to pool funds to participate in a private arrangement.

I also know (extremely well) that this is going to cause some discussion dissention crtiticism etc. I accept that - just as - on opening the program I accepted the responsibility to generate the returns to you in the most efficient manner possible.

To head off queries -the most obvious being could TFT continue - based on the current (right now) trend - No. Could we trade out? I was and am going to try - and this is the option I have decided upon.

Are refunds available - No they aren't.

I had previously stated that if and when TFT closed everyone would be happy. This closure is sooner than I thought - but I am adjusting to the circumstance.

It is my real belief that although the delay of payout until 30 days may cause some (a lot?) of pain for some, the fact that the program will payout every member in entirety is a plus.

Now the other thing I need to mention. I reckon you have heard this spiel before - I think I have heard things along similar lines. Why should you believe me? To answer that I can only say that I am going into this trade openly and will keep people posted along the way as to progress. I am not closing the forum - nor XLO (which is it's own distinct program). I am working to provide each and every one of you the return you were after - circumstance has dictated that this will take longer than originally thought.

In closing - I take full responsibility for this decision. I understand that is not going to be popular to all - but it is my thought out and considered opinion that it is the best option for everyone.

Según dice está trabajando para recuperar las perdidas y pide a todo el mundo paciencia... también dice que hasta su madre tenia invertidos $18k y que nadie, ni ella, ha recibido ninguna devolución.

En JP-Daily prometian $1 de regalo si depositabas $0.03, yo deposité esos $0.03 y me dieron $1, lo prometido, he estado esperando desde el dia 24 de Octubre a tener $2 para sacar $1, ahora me quedaba muy poco para llegar a los $2, y de repente han cancelado todas las cuentas con la promoción y han subido el mínimo a $100, los inversores que tenian menos de $100, les han prometido un refund.
Personalmente creo que son un SCAM en toda regla, han usado el truco de atraer gente con una promoción y cuando los inversores se confian suben el minimo para luego irse con el dinero. Yo personalmente desconfio siempre de los HYIPs que tienen promociones porque eso solo sirve para atraer inversores incautos, lo único que se puede hacer es coger la promoción y esperar recuperarla, cosa que suele fallar en la mayoria de los casos.

¿Cuántas personas tradeais, es decir, manejais los fondos de los miembros de Pool?

Soy el unico trader del Pool y Admin. Luego hay una persona dedicada al soporte en Inglés y moderando el foro (Jose) y otra persona en soporte en español y en la parte técnica (Miguel).

¿Qué plataformas de Forex utiliza?

Utilizo Northfinance para el FXPool, y Marketiva.

¿Los resultados del trading son enseñados a los miembros? Screenshots, statements, etc...

Los resultados son mostrados cada 15 días a los miembros del Pool. Se muestra el statement de Northfinance.

Como el FxPool no tiene programa propio y está alojado en un Foro, ¿Cómo pueden ver los inversores su Balance o hacer un Retiro?

El FXPool esta alojado en un grupo de Yahoo! Tambien, hay una web especial para miembros donde pueden ver su cuenta, y hacer depositos. Y utilizamos el foro de Noponzi para comunicarnos entre inversores.

¿Qué tipo de retiro de ganancias ofreceis? ¿Manual o Automático? en caso de ser manual, si no se retiran los fondos un mes, ¿se hace compound de las ganancias?

Los retiros son automáticos a traves de e-gold, los dias 1 y 15 de cada mes, tambien esta disponible la opcion de compounding para quien la desee.

¿Siente que el FxPool es diferente a otros Pools de Forex?¿Por qué?

Creo que este pool se caracteriza por su transparencia en primer lugar. Esa es la diferencia, tampoco damos promesas de resultados ilogicos para atraer inversores.

¿Qué tipo de soporte ofrece? Mail, MSN, Live Help, etc...

Ofrecemos soporte a traves de email en ingles y español, también en el foro.

¿Piensas aceptar alguna otra e-moneda aparte de e-gold en un futuro?

Por ahora no. Nos limitamos a e-gold porque es la e-moneda que acepta Northfinance, de esa manera las operaciones son mas versatiles y no perdemos tiempo ni dinero en comisiones para convertir de una e-moneda a otra.

¿Estaría dispuesto a someterse a alguna "DD"?

La DD ya fue hecha y esta en poder de los otros 2 miembros que integran el Pool. Decidi conservar mi identidad en privado por ahora, aunque muchos ya me conocen bien, tambien estan aclarados y verificados mi direccion y numero telefonico.

The Finer Things "Offline"

Finalmente Andy ha decidido hacer el programa offline, seguirá con la página web, pero la base de datos será totalmente offline. Es una manera de luchar contra los hackers.

Hey there

With the growth in The Finer Things some of you may have noticed some web
slowness - and every now and then a spend does not make it into your back
office.

So effective immediately we have decided to make some changes - which will help
protect the integrity of the program

TFT will no longer record the spends in an online database

What does this mean?

1) All spends from now on going forward will not be entered into a database
therefore they will NOT show in your online account - you will not have an
online account any more

2) Previous spends will not show in your online account. (This facility will be
removed very shortly.)

3) There will be two ways to spend to TFT

a) Directly from your egold account to TFT egold account 3763976. No
confirmation email will be sent for spends made this way.

b) The same way you always have. Login to TFT and there will be a spend page.
This page is not attached to an online database. If you spend from this page
you will receive a confirmation email.

4) New members are still asked to sign up at the website so that we have a
record of email address to notify of program details.

5) All terms remain the same except one. There will no longer be any referral
bonuses. Tracking referral payments under these new arangements will be too
cumbersome and time consuming.

6) Payouts will be done after the maturity time expires, which is 30 days. You
will now need to keep track (of your new spends) via your egold history.

7) As before, there is no requirement that you ask for your payout. They will be
done automatically upon expiration.

Why we decided to take away the TFT back office.

There are a number of factors in making this decision. The strain on the server
processing - with both TFT and the partner program XLO was meaning that more
spends were not being processed through to the database in TFT.

Additionally- by taking the program "offline" we are immune to various sorts of
"online" attacks. We will pay to the egold acct you spend from - there is no
possibility of your TFT account being hijacked by anyone else.

These changes take place immediately - and any spends that are went "missing"
today - and have not been returned will fall into these new arrangements.

Llega el Temido Diciembre...

Pues sí, ya estamos en Diciembre, el mes negro de las inversiones On Line.
Al entrar en este mundo nos tenian que dar un manual y decirnos: "En Diciembre... ¡¡¡nada de nuevos emprendimientos!!!", pero no nos lo dan o por lo menos te enteras de que hay manuales ya tarde, cuando ya todo lo que pone en el manual te lo sabes a base de los palos que te has llevado.
De todas maneras siempre esta bien leerse algún manual de esos para hacerte recordar las cosas y pensartelo un poco más a la hora de invertir en algún programa.
Este por ejemplo es un manual sobre los diez fallos más comunes que tienen los inversores de HYIPs: HYIP-Mistakes <------ Está en inglés. Yo lo que recomendaría a los que estan empezando en este mundo, desde mi más humilde opinión es que, sólo invirtieran en los programas que tienen muy seguro que son buenos, confiables, transparentes y por supuesto, estén basados en Forex o inviertan en algo, si de verdad estan basados en inversiones reales tendrán menos ganancias este mes por las fiestas y demás, pero se aseguraran que el programa no desaparece, los típicos ponzis tienden a desaparecer en estas fechas tan consumistas y que tanto necesita la gente dinero. Recuerden esto de las inversiones hay que llevarlo con paciencia, no se gana mucho dinero de la noche a la mañana, no se dejen engañar por altos porcentajes de interés, muy poca gente puede sacar un porcentaje de ganancia de más del 50% mensual y que eso además le dure mucho tiempo. No se cieguen por las altas ganancias y razonen: si se pudiera conseguir, por ejemplo, el 80% de ganancia en un mes de una buena cantidad de dinero... se acabaria el hambre en el mundo y todos seriamos ricos.
No digo que no inviertan de vez en cuando en algún programa así, pueden jugar con algún programa de esos pero no metan mucho dinero ni se dediquen a reinvertir, no olviden que eso no es invertir, es jugar a la ruleta, unas veces se tiene suerte y otras no, pero por lo general se pierde.
Con esto lo único que quiero es advertir a los que recien empiezan en este mundo de los HYIPs y AutoSurfs, que yo también fui un novato y me lleve palos por todos lados, y que Diciembre es el mes de los SCAMS.

Ibiza Traders - Noticias

Sí, estamos en Diciembre, el peor mes para un inversor On Line.
Las últimas noticias de Ibiza Traders así nos lo confirman, entramos en el negro Diciembre. Han tenido perdidas en Ibiza y parece que muy sustanciales, aunque dicen que no van a desaparecer y que aún no están en banca rota, todavia tienen fondos e intentaran recuperarse.
A pesar de imponer 3 meses de bloqueo de pagos de intereses y cobros dicen que van a volver, y más fuertes que nunca... me parece muy dificil y más teniendo en cuenta las criticas que recibe Peter Ris (Administrador), pero este mundo da muchas sorpresas y todo puede suceder.
Ibiza Traders es un programa que ha sabido sobreponerse a las criticas e ir creciendo, pero hay muchos ejemplos de programas que empezaron igual y luego resultaron ser unos grandes SCAMS, con esto no estoy dando por perdido al programa, pero me parece dificil recuperarse de unas perdidas tan sustanciales como dicen ellos.

Today is a sort of black day for us at Ibiza traders. Although the
forecasts were very favorable for this month, as I wrote in my last
(interim) update, we have suffered a substantial loss. This could happen thru
a variety of circumstances but let me blame my self in the first place
as I do not like to hide behind all kinds of internal/external causes.
I understand that this will come to most of you as a big and nasty
surprise. For me it is as least as nasty as for you. Apart from the fact
that I have a lot of my own money invested in this project, also my
private account was hit to the same magnitude.

Apart from the financial aspect, much more important to me, also my
reputation is down the line. So personally this hurts me very much. Forget
the idea that we have stolen money from the fund or some other form of
fraud committed. We have hard proof for the oneâ??s under you who do
not believe us.
In spite of the facts as written above Ibiza traders is not bankrupt.
We lost a good part of trading capital but not all of it and above all
not our self-confidence either. The loss could occur due to a
miscalculation on my end and perhaps a bit of ignorance as well, I have to admit.
In the mean time we have looked and found ways to prevent this in the
future.

We have also held our trading model against the light and we had to
conclude that it did not meet our expectations; in the period of testing
this model, during the first half of this year the markets were very
trending while as from the month we started the market went entirely
sideways (range trading). However in the meantime we discovered another
model with an excellent track record We have so much confidence in this
that we agree to let Bluemax have a look in our books as often as he
wants. We can also send him a daily or weekly trading report so that
someone. representing the investors,
can control all the time how we are doing.

Having said this it will also mean that we have to set a 3 months
moratorium on all interest payments and deposit withdrawals. We apologize
for this although we are 100% certain that we will be able to come out of
this temporarily situation stronger than ever.
